Ordered from online no problems, took a week to arrive but good communication with the company so no complaints and happy with the product( bathroom unit) so will be happy to use the company again as had never heard or used them.
Delivery wrong sofa and damaged
Sent wrong sofa with damage once you have your delivery your stuck with it, waste of money very poor company, sending wrong item damaged and going through PayPal it's up to me to put there mistake right by paying for the sofa to be shipped back so I can get a full refund and still be out of pocket.
Frustrating
Missing box for a bed then delivered on another day. Wrong size mattress also arrived, still trying to get a replacement sorted. Asked if I would consider the larger mattress despite it being too wide for the bed! Really?

Small tool shed
Ordered a small tool shed, came very quickly but unfortunately had a piece which was faulty (not straight). Got in touch with customer service who very quickly and kindly have sorted out a replacement, very pleased.

We purchased at solid roof gazebo
We purchased at solid roof gazebo. The initial buying process was straight forward but unfortunately it went downhill from there. We were told we would receive an email with a delivery slot which we did but at 10am on the day of delivery stating that the parcel would arrive anytime up to 18:00, not very good for people that work so we had to arrange for a family member to sit at our house. The delivery arrived at 18:50 on the Friday but there was only one parcel, which was the curtains. We heard nothing all weekend. The same happened on the Monday with just one more part of the parcel arriving. I rang the company and spoke to a very rude member of staff, who was very unhelpful and basically called me a liar saying they only deliver up to 18:00. The next day we received two more parts of our order at separate times which did complete the order but the same thing a text the same morning saying your parcel is out for delivery and you can expect this up to 18:00. Why the order could not all come together is beyond me - very difficult for people who work. The product does look lovely & is of good quality.

Part damaged, staff not able to understand the setup of their products and a pitiful parts list diagram that does not appear to have all parts numbered. Not a very good experience.

Absolutely awful company
Absolutely awful company. Sent out a cheap replica of what I ordered. The item had chips and scuffs. Hinges were completely different to the item. I'm still trying to get a refund but they are refusing to accept the product back as I attempted to build it (had already started before I found the damaged pieces). They offered me Β£6 off the item even though I believe it is a cheap fake copy of what I ordered. I ordered a white high gloss storage box with white hidden hinges and got cheap tat. They company won't talk and update via a phone call and just tell you to wait for an email response. I'm now in the process of reporting the company to PayPal for selling fake replicas. HOME DONE....rather I'VE BEEN DONE. Stay away....avoid....don't waste your money and buy elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would

Great Service
100% would use again. Bought a BBQ from Home Done recently. Did have a few issues with the carrier which Home Done sorted out swiftly. The BBQ was also missing some pieces and had some damages again from the carrier. Home Done once again swiftly and brilliantly sorted these issues. Excellent service. Really helpful. Great selection of items. Will 100% be using again to spruce up our home!
