Ordered from online no problems, took a week to arrive but good communication with the company so no complaints and happy with the product( bathroom unit) so will be happy to use the company again as had never heard or used them.
Sent wrong sofa with damage once you have your delivery your stuck with it, waste of money very poor company, sending wrong item damaged and going through PayPal it's up to me to put there mistake right by paying for the sofa to be shipped back so I can get a full refund and still be out of pocket.
Missing box for a bed then delivered on another day. Wrong size mattress also arrived, still trying to get a replacement sorted. Asked if I would consider the larger mattress despite it being too wide for the bed! Really?

Ordered a corner sofa and a swivel chair. Cancelled the delivery of the swivel chair and received a refund. After the delivery drivers dumped the delivery on my drive when I was not at home, Home done insisted that they had delivered the swivel chair and demanded payment - They were rude/aggressive and threatening with a debt collection company.

Delivery of product excellent. Ordered online on Sunday. First Parcel arrived on Monday and the second on Tuesday. Tracking advised that emails and texts had been sent prior to delivery but I did not receive any of them! I bought a double roofed,aluminium and polycarbonate gazebo. I am still in the process of assembling it solo and should have it completed the next dry day I get. Excellent value for money. Very impressive and stylish piece of garden furniture. Looks even better than in the online photo.

I received my sofa 3 weeks late. With no communication between that 3 weeks until the day before delivery. So had no sofa. Then it isn’t how it is pictured colour wise, it is grey but a dark charcoal grey (bishop U shape). Didn’t come with chrome legs, very very hard cushions (seating/main) back rest cushions are ok, footstool was broken on arrival. Took 3 months to replace a footstool of which then came in a different shade of grey (blue/grey) so didn’t match the sofa at all. Now being told we should have refused delivery, because at 7:30am that’s what I was doing rushing to get it unpacked and see if you had the right colour. Not. And now to top it off I’m being asked to send videos of the sofa and explain what is wrong when I’ve been sending emails since February about this sofa. I tried to withhold my payment on my credit card but they keep making things up to my card company on why they should have the payment after all this messing around. I have told them to come and pick the sofa up but I’m getting nowhere with them. WOULD ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST FOR SOFAS. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND ARE NOT INTERESTED IN RECTIFYING THEIR PROBLEMS.

This was a garden hammock we ordered, as it was a heavy item we were told we would be advised on delivery but heard nothing so it just turned up at the door at 36kgs. Even worse the sun shade cover didn’t fit as it was 4” to short so useless. After me having to provide video proof I was offered £10 refund FOR NOT HAVING A COVER AT ALL or they would try to get another cover. AFTER OVER A WEEK AND SEVERAL EMAILS THEYRE NOW JUST IGNORING ME COMPLETELY!

My purchase of this electric recliner was unfortunately flawed. The initial delivery lacked essential components as detailed in the instruction manual, a discrepancy the vendor initially attempted to dismiss. Subsequently, my request for collection and a full refund resulted in a replacement unit which also arrived incomplete. I ultimately accepted a partial refund to procure the missing part myself. Within two months, I documented the vendor's response (attached), which highlights significant concerns. I strongly advise careful consideration before engaging in business with this company. Good afternoon, This chair was purchased for an elderly, disabled individual. It presents a safety hazard; the chair's instability causes it to tilt, and the armrests offer insufficient support. Following a visit from the care team, it was determined that the chair is unsuitable and unsafe. Consequently, the elderly user fell from the chair due to its instability. Additionally, the images provided do not show any manufacturing defect or relate clearly to the concerns raised in your email. As such, this would currently be classified as a change of mind return, and the 14-day change of mind return window has also lapsed. If you believe the issue is due to a manufacturing defect and not a change of mind, please provide a short video clearly showing the fault with the item.
