Sofas

I received my sofa 3 weeks late. With no communication between that 3 weeks until the day before delivery. So had no sofa. Then it isn’t how it is pictured colour wise, it is grey but a dark charcoal grey (bishop U shape). Didn’t come with chrome legs, very very hard cushions (seating/main) back rest cushions are ok, footstool was broken on arrival. Took 3 months to replace a footstool of which then came in a different shade of grey (blue/grey) so didn’t match the sofa at all. Now being told we should have refused delivery, because at 7:30am that’s what I was doing rushing to get it unpacked and see if you had the right colour. Not. And now to top it off I’m being asked to send videos of the sofa and explain what is wrong when I’ve been sending emails since February about this sofa. I tried to withhold my payment on my credit card but they keep making things up to my card company on why they should have the payment after all this messing around. I have told them to come and pick the sofa up but I’m getting nowhere with them. WOULD ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST FOR SOFAS. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND ARE NOT INTERESTED IN RECTIFYING THEIR PROBLEMS.
