Ordered from online no problems, took a week to arrive but good communication with the company so no complaints and happy with the product( bathroom unit) so will be happy to use the company again as had never heard or used them.
Sent wrong sofa with damage once you have your delivery your stuck with it, waste of money very poor company, sending wrong item damaged and going through PayPal it's up to me to put there mistake right by paying for the sofa to be shipped back so I can get a full refund and still be out of pocket.
Missing box for a bed then delivered on another day. Wrong size mattress also arrived, still trying to get a replacement sorted. Asked if I would consider the larger mattress despite it being too wide for the bed! Really?

Parcel said delivered but I am yet to receive. Contacted company who assured me they would send an email so I could attach the proof of it saying delivered and would investigate!!! I am still waiting for the same said email! NO ITEM RECEIVED

Do not use this company, I never received the BBQ, they told me 6 to 10 days refund, no refund, afrer calling they said it was missed, they will refund in 2-3 days, again another call, no refund, they said 48hrs..disgusting service & rip off. All now no refund.

The item I ordered was a patio hanging warmer for centre of patio gazebo but the lead was nowhere long enough to plug in . The description didint say length of wire so it is not suitable for centre of patio gazebo like the picture they advertise. The company said it was down to me to return it as it’s classed as customer change of mind. It certainly wasn’t the case as I thought the warmer was lovely,it just cannot be used on a patio gazebo . Even if I had an electric outside socket it would never reach .

I had a little bit of trouble with a delivery of my new garden set. Fortunately, Irtiqa from the customer service department went above and beyond. They kept me updated every step of the way, all the while remaining extremely polite and professional. I am a customer service manager and I would be delighted if my team matched the service given by Irtiqa! The issue was resolved and I will be enjoying my new garden set once the sun decides to show up! Irtiqa, thank you so much for everything! You are a diamond!

I had problems with the payment (my fault), and not only did Customer Service talk me through it, they also called back later to make sure everything was ok. The product I ordered (gas bbq) was excellent, well packaged, and arrived 2 days earlier than expected. I will definitely shop here again.

This is a follow-up review after complaining that the table I ordered arrived with no screws and was extremely poor quality. and not fit for purpose I was told it was a change of mind and they would not offer me a full refund. After many many emails I was offered a refund if I returned it for £15 charge which I did reluctantly. After paying £15 and a courier failing to collect the item I was told they would give me a refund on the table and to dispose of it as I wish strange I am now £15 down for a table they’ve told me to throw away as they did not want to collect it from me. I will never use this firm again
