Ordered from online no problems, took a week to arrive but good communication with the company so no complaints and happy with the product( bathroom unit) so will be happy to use the company again as had never heard or used them.
Delivery wrong sofa and damaged
Sent wrong sofa with damage once you have your delivery your stuck with it, waste of money very poor company, sending wrong item damaged and going through PayPal it's up to me to put there mistake right by paying for the sofa to be shipped back so I can get a full refund and still be out of pocket.
Frustrating
Missing box for a bed then delivered on another day. Wrong size mattress also arrived, still trying to get a replacement sorted. Asked if I would consider the larger mattress despite it being too wide for the bed! Really?

I brought a corner sofa from them, a grey cord sofa it’s arrived in August 2024 it is now June 2025 and the sofa has sunken and dropped, you only have 30 days to have the sofa replaced, I do not advise you to buy any goods from this company, there was also difficult difficulties with Delivery in the first place, extra charges I feel hidden and misleading

Asked for the order to be cancelled
Asked for the order to be cancelled I asked for an order to be cancelled within moments of the original order. Despite this, they still sent and promised that if I refused they would offer a full refund. 5 months later I am still without the promised refund and now they are withholding a £33 charge that Klarna made due to reporting the item as returned. This is despite an email on file stating they will provide a full refund. Whilst the prices may be good, the service is absolutely shocking. Avoid at all costs as I now have to

Terrible company! Avoid at l cost. Ordered wardrobe, was delivered scratched, missing shelve, mirror chipped on the top corners. Customer service don’t care. Can’t speak to anyone and when you do you are best of speaking to your wall. Cheap poor quality. Do not recommend.

Awful Experience
Awful Experience – Poor Quality and Service We ordered a 2-piece sofa set from Home Done, but only received one piece. We're still waiting on the second. Two days after getting the two-seater — and after getting rid of our old sofa (we’re a family of five!) — my husband sat on it and we heard a loud ripping sound. The bottom of the sofa had come apart where the staples had come undone. My husband only weighs 10 stone, so this shouldn't have happened at all. We contacted the company right away, and they had the nerve to tell us it was “wear and tear” — after just 3 days of light use! It's clearly down to poor build quality. Now we’re left with one broken sofa, still waiting on the second one, and a replacement could take weeks. To make matters worse, we’re moving house this Saturday — the added stress is just unbelievable. Shocking experience overall. Poor quality, poor customer service, and no urgency to fix their mistake. Would not recommend Home Done to anyone.

This has to be the hardest thing I have…
This has to be the hardest thing I have ever assembled and i have assembled many many items in the past, the instructions were really poor, diagrams were not clear, information in them were bad not clear enough and too small, holes not lining up were they should. Fixings too small to handle kept dropping them not designed for builders hands. Even tho gloves were supplied but, they were too small for my hands and I would never be able to handle fixings with them on, so I ended up cutting myself many times on the razor sharp tin. I have managed to build the shed but, not happy with the quality of it. I won't be recommended you. Sorry this is negative about your product but, it really is poor.

If I had a choice to leave 0 stars that would be the one I choose. I got my sofa delivered. The men left before it got taken out the packaging, they drove off. I removed all packaging. It's not what I wanted at all. I've tried to return this multiple times. They have said they will collect if I pay over £100. Baring in mind I paid the £90 delivery. So how they can justify paying more to collect,than drop off I do not know. They block all bad reviews on social media. Awful company. Please avoid. I don't want anyone else going through what I have had to. Nothing but stress and upset.
