I've hosted my website with Heart for many years and recently had an email problem. Turned out to be at my client end, nothing to do with Heart, but Andrew Welsby on their support team was really hepful and managed to pin down the problem and help me sort it. I've always found them quick to provide excellent support which is why I've stayed with them for years.
Iβve been with Heart for many years, I have had to stop working recently due to ill health and had a renewal notice through a few days ago. I contacted Heart to ask if I could βreduceβ my package as I no longer needed it but wanted to keep my email addresses etc. I used the online service and had a very quick response from the customer services guy called Andrew Welsby, within a day he sorted out exactly what I needed and kept me advised as things progressed. Reminded me why I stayed with Heart for many years! Excellent service and plans at very reasonable prices. Top marks for their service and most appreciated. Thank you Heart
Quick response to my support request. Simple explanation on how to resolve. Highly recommend heart, fair play to them not had a problem with any of their services and I have sites, email and domain parking, like the fact there is no messing about and all the tech persons actually know their stuff.

I wanted to add a "simple SSL certificate" and needed assistance to clarify a point prior to purchasing the item, little did I know that the entire process was not quite as simple as I was expecting. The assistant who helped me was first class, guiding me through the entire process, am I glad that I had need to have my initial query in the first place. Well pleased with the assistance given.

I have been with Heart Internet for many, many years and have previously found them to be very good. I even recommended them on multiple occasions to clients who have then signed up for their services. Recently, the Heart internet system would not allow me to delete my credit card. I wanted to do this because, each time I set the renewal of my domain to 1 year, the heart internet system kept defaulting to 2 years. It then attempted to charge me for two years. I complained and they cancelled the domain renewal. I since renewed the domain with another provider and have found Heart Internet to be 'difficult' in providing information on nameservers so I can point my domain at the web space I currently still have on their system until next year. I would no longer recommend anyone to use Heart Internet. I would recommend them to avoid! I feel the culture of the company has changed as I haven't been happy in general with their customer service.

Vasil was amazing again at resolving my issues. I know I'm a pain and it's nice when he gets my frustration and puts a smiley face in the chat to say no worries. Very clear, he had to go off and do stuff behind the scenes to clear up whatever I'd managed to do.
