I've hosted my website with Heart for many years and recently had an email problem. Turned out to be at my client end, nothing to do with Heart, but Andrew Welsby on their support team was really hepful and managed to pin down the problem and help me sort it. I've always found them quick to provide excellent support which is why I've stayed with them for years.
Iβve been with Heart for many years, I have had to stop working recently due to ill health and had a renewal notice through a few days ago. I contacted Heart to ask if I could βreduceβ my package as I no longer needed it but wanted to keep my email addresses etc. I used the online service and had a very quick response from the customer services guy called Andrew Welsby, within a day he sorted out exactly what I needed and kept me advised as things progressed. Reminded me why I stayed with Heart for many years! Excellent service and plans at very reasonable prices. Top marks for their service and most appreciated. Thank you Heart
Quick response to my support request. Simple explanation on how to resolve. Highly recommend heart, fair play to them not had a problem with any of their services and I have sites, email and domain parking, like the fact there is no messing about and all the tech persons actually know their stuff.

The last Friday of the month is always our busiest day and we had a problem with our site, which was NOT the fault of Heart Internet, but they resolved it for me within an hour, which would have take me a week or more. Absolutely brilliant service. Thank you

Hi had a problem with adding an account to my i phone (info on google is invariably wrong). I used the chat service and the response was instant and clear. I solved the problem and it would have been super quick but for my own typos in the process! So often these chat services are so slow but Heart's was super swift!

I purchased the SSL certificate from Heart Internet. Because I am not experienced and get into a bit of a panic with this sort of thing I went to the chat facility and asked if I could have some help getting it to go active on my site. The person was very helpful. Unfortunately because my site was built by a third party who still has the reigns on it, the SSL has to be purchased through him, so we were not able to proceed. However without any quibble I was given an immediate refund and information for the guy who has the control of my site. I was very impressed at how easy it was to reach out to someone for help and the time he took over this on my behalf. I will definitely go to this company for further products.

I've been a reseller with Heart Internet for years, but it seems that each year that goes by they get a little bit worse. Now I've just had my Hostpay site down for a week after they did some server upgrades. I had to reinstall to convince them it wasn't something I'd done and then it's taken ages to resolve (over a week). Now when I ask what they are going to do to stop this happing in the future I get some sop about unexpected issues and we do our best to resolve. Sorry - not good enough
