I've hosted my website with Heart for many years and recently had an email problem. Turned out to be at my client end, nothing to do with Heart, but Andrew Welsby on their support team was really hepful and managed to pin down the problem and help me sort it. I've always found them quick to provide excellent support which is why I've stayed with them for years.
Iβve been with Heart for many years, I have had to stop working recently due to ill health and had a renewal notice through a few days ago. I contacted Heart to ask if I could βreduceβ my package as I no longer needed it but wanted to keep my email addresses etc. I used the online service and had a very quick response from the customer services guy called Andrew Welsby, within a day he sorted out exactly what I needed and kept me advised as things progressed. Reminded me why I stayed with Heart for many years! Excellent service and plans at very reasonable prices. Top marks for their service and most appreciated. Thank you Heart
Quick response to my support request. Simple explanation on how to resolve. Highly recommend heart, fair play to them not had a problem with any of their services and I have sites, email and domain parking, like the fact there is no messing about and all the tech persons actually know their stuff.

The support from Heart Internet is first class and I never have to wait more than a few minutes. Maggie and Vladimira have went above and beyond to help on numerous occasions and nothing is ever too much trouble.

Something really simple becomes a major problem when using Heart Internet. My ssl certificate on a website on a managed VPS was up for renewal and instead of simply renewing there is a big process to go through and after following the instruction from the Heart support team the ssl did not work on the website. I went round in circles with their ticketing system and they were unable to solve it or I think even understand the problem. I tried calling their call centre but you get put through to Bulgarians who can barley understand anything I said and I was asked to spell every word phonetically by one call handler. I tried to explain to another call handler what the problem was but they just said you need to use the ticketing system which does not work as multiple people will answer the ticket with wait times of up to 5 or 12 hours and but they never read the previous messages on the ticked so they just keep trying to tell you to do things that have been tried and do not work. Meanwhile my website is down and is getting warnings do not enter it is not safe as the ssl is invalid so customers will not use it and so far this is in its third day and still not fixed. It is actually like a groundhog day nightmare dealing with Heart Internet.

I used the chat facility to ask for help with my email and SSL certificate. Ralitza quickly realised I just needed to update my settings but also, that I had purchased a certificate in error so she arranged a refund straight away. Really helpful and friendly :)

Heart internet provide a customer contact, but very little customer service. Their policies are clearly not always in line with legislation, but their attitude is such that you genuinely lose the will to live in continuing to bang your head against a very thick brick wall and try and get some decent and genuine customer orientated service. Woefully bad beyond belief

The worst customer support I have ever dealt with. I needed to renew an SSL certificate on the 21st December -and now the 6th Jan I am still waiting for someone to fix it. The website has been unaccessible this whole time and I literally spent all of Christmas and New Year filling out ticket after ticket - it was 7 days before the guy supposedly helping, even bothered to look at the account and actually did something to try and help - which he still hasn't managed to fix. Today they have also taken payment for an SSL certificate for a domain that is not even hosted with them. When I asked for my money back - they have refused. I have tried to speak to them on the phone - and all I get is raise a ticket, raise a ticket.
