Groundhog Day Nightmare
Something really simple becomes a major problem when using Heart Internet. My ssl certificate on a website on a managed VPS was up for renewal and instead of simply renewing there is a big process to go through and after following the instruction from the Heart support team the ssl did not work on the website. I went round in circles with their ticketing system and they were unable to solve it or I think even understand the problem. I tried calling their call centre but you get put through to Bulgarians who can barley understand anything I said and I was asked to spell every word phonetically by one call handler. I tried to explain to another call handler what the problem was but they just said you need to use the ticketing system which does not work as multiple people will answer the ticket with wait times of up to 5 or 12 hours and but they never read the previous messages on the ticked so they just keep trying to tell you to do things that have been tried and do not work. Meanwhile my website is down and is getting warnings do not enter it is not safe as the ssl is invalid so customers will not use it and so far this is in its third day and still not fixed. It is actually like a groundhog day nightmare dealing with Heart Internet.
