The worst customer support I have ever…
The worst customer support I have ever dealt with. I needed to renew an SSL certificate on the 21st December -and now the 6th Jan I am still waiting for someone to fix it. The website has been unaccessible this whole time and I literally spent all of Christmas and New Year filling out ticket after ticket - it was 7 days before the guy supposedly helping, even bothered to look at the account and actually did something to try and help - which he still hasn't managed to fix. Today they have also taken payment for an SSL certificate for a domain that is not even hosted with them. When I asked for my money back - they have refused. I have tried to speak to them on the phone - and all I get is raise a ticket, raise a ticket.
