I've hosted my website with Heart for many years and recently had an email problem. Turned out to be at my client end, nothing to do with Heart, but Andrew Welsby on their support team was really hepful and managed to pin down the problem and help me sort it. I've always found them quick to provide excellent support which is why I've stayed with them for years.
Iβve been with Heart for many years, I have had to stop working recently due to ill health and had a renewal notice through a few days ago. I contacted Heart to ask if I could βreduceβ my package as I no longer needed it but wanted to keep my email addresses etc. I used the online service and had a very quick response from the customer services guy called Andrew Welsby, within a day he sorted out exactly what I needed and kept me advised as things progressed. Reminded me why I stayed with Heart for many years! Excellent service and plans at very reasonable prices. Top marks for their service and most appreciated. Thank you Heart
Quick response to my support request. Simple explanation on how to resolve. Highly recommend heart, fair play to them not had a problem with any of their services and I have sites, email and domain parking, like the fact there is no messing about and all the tech persons actually know their stuff.

I had a domain authentication issue for a email marketing company which I could not resolve. Having put in a Support Ticket the issue was resolved by Heart Internet very quickly. Greatly appreciated the speed of response and fixing the issue.

Like a lot of people I have had good and bad with Heart as a long term customer. I know they have had a lot of changes. We had a dire experience over May bank holiday with no available support which caused us major issues. However I have to be fair and I have had some good customer service this past week when having issues matching SSL certs renewals with domain renewals so that we are not paying for certificates on expired or expiring sites. 5 star for the customer service adviser, Andrei, but the organisation of the site makes it difficult to tally everything up ourselves.

Initially had a problem due to the recent migration issue and subsequently a problem with sending emails from my iPhone - both were dealt with quickly and professionally by advisors, Alex and Andrei.

I needed help recently when I had to change my hosting package and company name. After a little confusion of what I actually required (probably of my own making) the team responded quickly, and addressed the issues and transfer smoothly. Attending to my requirements, and advising what was needed perfectly. Clear, concise and executed without issue. Thanks to all the team that were involved.

Heart does responds to questions via their Ticket system and I have always found them very helpful. Better than having to log in to a company's ChapGPT so called Helpline where there is no understanding of the problem and it is impossible to communicate with a human being.
