Thumbs up on recent customer service
Like a lot of people I have had good and bad with Heart as a long term customer. I know they have had a lot of changes. We had a dire experience over May bank holiday with no available support which caused us major issues. However I have to be fair and I have had some good customer service this past week when having issues matching SSL certs renewals with domain renewals so that we are not paying for certificates on expired or expiring sites. 5 star for the customer service adviser, Andrei, but the organisation of the site makes it difficult to tally everything up ourselves.
