I've hosted my website with Heart for many years and recently had an email problem. Turned out to be at my client end, nothing to do with Heart, but Andrew Welsby on their support team was really hepful and managed to pin down the problem and help me sort it. I've always found them quick to provide excellent support which is why I've stayed with them for years.

I’ve been with Heart for many years and needed to reduce costs

I’ve been with Heart for many years, I have had to stop working recently due to ill health and had a renewal notice through a few days ago. I contacted Heart to ask if I could ‘reduce’ my package as I no longer needed it but wanted to keep my email addresses etc. I used the online service and had a very quick response from the customer services guy called Andrew Welsby, within a day he sorted out exactly what I needed and kept me advised as things progressed. Reminded me why I stayed with Heart for many years! Excellent service and plans at very reasonable prices. Top marks for their service and most appreciated. Thank you Heart

Quick response to ANY support request

Quick response to my support request. Simple explanation on how to resolve. Highly recommend heart, fair play to them not had a problem with any of their services and I have sites, email and domain parking, like the fact there is no messing about and all the tech persons actually know their stuff.

Thankfully, Support got me out of a fix AGAIN!

Support got me out of a fix AGAIN! I cannot stress how satisfied I always am with the support at Heart Internet. Alexandra this time, and they helped guide me through a few things to reach a perfect solution! What I particularly like is the fact that they will explain things too. This is not just a "There you go - I've fixed it!" level of support. They will guide you so that you learn for next time. Alexandra was not only friendly in their approach but very knowledgeable too. I appreciate their help very much and would always recommend Heart Internet. Thanks again guys.

Emails to Gmail issue fixed

Emails from my account to any Gmail address were constantly bouncing and being returned as unsent. Using Live Chat on Heart Internet site, I was able to talk to Tech Support. The issues was fixed with a few minutes.

Fantastic service from real people

Every time over the years I have had problems I created the guys at Heart Internet showed great patience in solving them for me. It's what all companies should be like. In closing my account with them it was the same professionalism and patience shown by (in this case Adrian) that makes the difference between having a company you can rely on and one that just want's your money. I am retiring from my work so no longer need their services but would recommend them every time. Tony

Please help! Unable to update password I was informed that I needed to create…

Update to the original message. I have received a helpful and pleasant phone call from Heart Internet and the issue detailed below has now been resolved: I was informed that I needed to create a new password for my account with Heart Internet - something went wrong, and I clicked the 'Forgotten Password' box, and have done so several times but a renewal link has NOT come through to my email address (I have of course checked my Spam box everytime). Because I have made so many attempts I am now locked out of the login process completely. I have sent messages to your enquiries & support email addresses - to the first, my messages have bounced back, and there hasn't been a reply from the latter) Please help, I would like to stay with you, but if this continues, I will have no option but to move to another provider

Customer Service

Im a long term customer, bought a new package based on Hearts recommendations to upgrade from my legacy product. After weeks of trying to migrate systems that should have worked but was always hitting a config issue I asked to refund the new package that I couldn't use. It was flatly refused. Needless to say Ill be finding a new host when it comes time to renew. EDIT: Heart reached out to offer a compromise which, while not ideal, is at least an effort at engaging with a customer on an issue so I amend my review from one star to 4.

Aggghhhh.....I have been a loyal Heartinternet…

I have been a loyal Heartinternet customer for over a decade. However, for weeks now, I have been unable to log in, consistently receiving an 'account problem' message with instructions to contact support. When I click 'Contact Us,' it only reopens my last trouble ticket. Despite reopening this ticket, I have received no response. This is my final attempt to resolve the issue—please assist.
