I have been a loyal Heartinternet customer for over a decade. However, for weeks now, I have been unable to log in, consistently receiving an 'account problem' message with instructions to contact support. When I click 'Contact Us,' it only reopens my last trouble ticket. Despite reopening this ticket, I have received no response. This is my final attempt to resolve the issue—please assist.
