Update to the original message. I have received a helpful and pleasant phone call from Heart Internet and the issue detailed below has now been resolved: I was informed that I needed to create a new password for my account with Heart Internet - something went wrong, and I clicked the 'Forgotten Password' box, and have done so several times but a renewal link has NOT come through to my email address (I have of course checked my Spam box everytime). Because I have made so many attempts I am now locked out of the login process completely. I have sent messages to your enquiries & support email addresses - to the first, my messages have bounced back, and there hasn't been a reply from the latter) Please help, I would like to stay with you, but if this continues, I will have no option but to move to another provider
