Im a long term customer, bought a new package based on Hearts recommendations to upgrade from my legacy product. After weeks of trying to migrate systems that should have worked but was always hitting a config issue I asked to refund the new package that I couldn't use. It was flatly refused. Needless to say Ill be finding a new host when it comes time to renew. EDIT: Heart reached out to offer a compromise which, while not ideal, is at least an effort at engaging with a customer on an issue so I amend my review from one star to 4.
