I've hosted my website with Heart for many years and recently had an email problem. Turned out to be at my client end, nothing to do with Heart, but Andrew Welsby on their support team was really hepful and managed to pin down the problem and help me sort it. I've always found them quick to provide excellent support which is why I've stayed with them for years.
I’ve been with Heart for many years, I have had to stop working recently due to ill health and had a renewal notice through a few days ago. I contacted Heart to ask if I could ‘reduce’ my package as I no longer needed it but wanted to keep my email addresses etc. I used the online service and had a very quick response from the customer services guy called Andrew Welsby, within a day he sorted out exactly what I needed and kept me advised as things progressed. Reminded me why I stayed with Heart for many years! Excellent service and plans at very reasonable prices. Top marks for their service and most appreciated. Thank you Heart
Quick response to my support request. Simple explanation on how to resolve. Highly recommend heart, fair play to them not had a problem with any of their services and I have sites, email and domain parking, like the fact there is no messing about and all the tech persons actually know their stuff.

I have a domain with Heart Internet and want it transferred to another provider. I've submitted emails to Sales (as requested) but they never answer. The new provider has submitted requests, which Heart also ignore. I contacted the company through Facebook with an issue I had with my account. I had great communication out of hours and they arranged for a member of staff to call me at a convenient time on Monday. The staff were brilliant, very friend and my issue was fixed within minutes.

Used to be a great company, as seen by all the awards they have listed on their site. But all those awards are at least 10 years old. The customer interface is possibly older than that, very dated to say the least - but it does work, at least. I say work, the hosting I had wouldn’t allow you to make your site secure, and the interface for managing your server, or shared server, was terrible. I had to move my sites elsewhere so I could get them padlocked up for visitors! The main reason for the single star is the lack of timely support. It shouldn’t take a day or more to get an answer to a fairly simple query. They do have a live chat feature, but it’s only available during weekdays and only office hours. The internet is a 24-7 medium and their product is internet! Used to be so much better.

Happy with their support, on live chat is pretty fast and effective. It saved me many times when websites had problems or went down. I recommend this company

I’ve been using Heart Internet for over 10 years. The reliability, competitive price structures and really first class support is why I have never considered other web hosts. They are the best.
