I've hosted my website with Heart for many years and recently had an email problem. Turned out to be at my client end, nothing to do with Heart, but Andrew Welsby on their support team was really hepful and managed to pin down the problem and help me sort it. I've always found them quick to provide excellent support which is why I've stayed with them for years.
Iβve been with Heart for many years, I have had to stop working recently due to ill health and had a renewal notice through a few days ago. I contacted Heart to ask if I could βreduceβ my package as I no longer needed it but wanted to keep my email addresses etc. I used the online service and had a very quick response from the customer services guy called Andrew Welsby, within a day he sorted out exactly what I needed and kept me advised as things progressed. Reminded me why I stayed with Heart for many years! Excellent service and plans at very reasonable prices. Top marks for their service and most appreciated. Thank you Heart
Quick response to my support request. Simple explanation on how to resolve. Highly recommend heart, fair play to them not had a problem with any of their services and I have sites, email and domain parking, like the fact there is no messing about and all the tech persons actually know their stuff.

I have been with Heart for many years (10+) and host a number of domains with them. I have personally always found the support to be very responsive, and most recently when I had some confusion over SSL certificates, they not only helped, but actually did the installation for me, and also made some configuration adjustments to improve on one of the installations that I had done myself. Perhaps not the cheapest, but happy nonetheless.

Very positive outcome. I liked the fact that they worked through all the issues, as I was coming to them with after another ISP/hosting biz, went bust and left me out in the cold. I am not the most technical person these days, however, was muddling my way through issues I had, the Heart support team, just kept working with me and we got the domain back to me, the ftp working again, email and more. I could not be more grateful that they problem solved, are affordable to a small user like myself and offered advice that was not just sales based to get me back on track. I cannot fault the effort, I have read some of the reviews here, which seem a little harsh, yes you are not going to get 24/7 instant per minute support, however, I believe they was timely and efficient, never waited more than a few hours during the day for a reply via their support ticket interface, to then action or upload screen shots. The user backend UI is streamlined, however, you can get to advanced settings if that is what you want, and the hosting or CPanel depending on your plan, are fine to admin email, extras, installs, DB etc. I will move my other domains over as they come up for renewal elsewhere. A good postive experience and I have already recommended their services, which I am happy to do.

Just the most understanding, articulate, helpful and determined to get a sollution. I'm a computer nerd, Even had to be coached to take and send a screenshot. Their patience and understanding was outstanding, their coaching concise and their solution orientated attitude remarkable.
