I've hosted my website with Heart for many years and recently had an email problem. Turned out to be at my client end, nothing to do with Heart, but Andrew Welsby on their support team was really hepful and managed to pin down the problem and help me sort it. I've always found them quick to provide excellent support which is why I've stayed with them for years.
Iβve been with Heart for many years, I have had to stop working recently due to ill health and had a renewal notice through a few days ago. I contacted Heart to ask if I could βreduceβ my package as I no longer needed it but wanted to keep my email addresses etc. I used the online service and had a very quick response from the customer services guy called Andrew Welsby, within a day he sorted out exactly what I needed and kept me advised as things progressed. Reminded me why I stayed with Heart for many years! Excellent service and plans at very reasonable prices. Top marks for their service and most appreciated. Thank you Heart
Quick response to my support request. Simple explanation on how to resolve. Highly recommend heart, fair play to them not had a problem with any of their services and I have sites, email and domain parking, like the fact there is no messing about and all the tech persons actually know their stuff.

The answer was quick and concise. However, the email I received was less clear. I have been with Heart for many years and have never heard of an SPF record. As my name servers are hosted by Heart there is nothing for me to do, surely Heart could have done a survey of the information that they had and not send me (what I found to be) a confusing email, when I had to do nothing.

I received an email from Heart this morning concerning SPF Record Set Up. This alarmed me so I set up a ticket to enquire further; Andrei responded almost immediately to reassure me that all is well as they manage my DNS settings for me - an excellent response speed and service: thank you! UPDATED REVIEW: We had the active DNS of our corporate domain parked with Heart Internet on their server (we first came across Heart Internet UK via a legacy involvement with Host Europe). We were able to access the active DNS until mid-December '24 when Heart Internet purged our active DNS settings as part of a clean-up. After an initial (in hindsight understandable) mix-up trying to track down our domain - which for legacy reasons was not with Heart Internet but with a third party, Heart Internet UK's support team moved mountains to get our domain back on-line. Very impressed by Heart Internet's commitment to put things right and place the interests of the customer first. Contact points for support etc only available by raising tickets, but otherwise very positive experience.

I am unable to access my domain and recieve and send e-mails. I have tried to contact Heart Internet but find that they no longer have telephone support and so have to contact them via account recovery. I have no idea how long it will take them to come back to me and in the meantime my business is failing - I am quite desperate but am getting no help or support in an emergency from Heart. It is a very poor level of service. UPDATE - Later that day Heart Internet responded to me although it took 4 hours to do so, and a further 5 hours later in the evening they fixed the problem. I must say it was a terribly stressful experience but I do thank the operative that assisted to get it resolved. the fear was waiting in the unknown for someone to respond as they dont have telephone support so if you cant access your account you have to go in a long winded way to account recovery. It was also concerning that this had occurred apparently due to an error made by purging by Heart Internet and so for the day that i was out of action it was very worrying.

I was in a desperate situation where I was going to lose my email by the end of the year. Thanks to a quick response by Tak Tran I was assisted all the way through the process setting up an account and getting my email transferred. If it hadn't been for Tak's assistance I would have had a major problem. Many thanks Tak
