I was unable to access my domain but it got resolved
I am unable to access my domain and recieve and send e-mails. I have tried to contact Heart Internet but find that they no longer have telephone support and so have to contact them via account recovery. I have no idea how long it will take them to come back to me and in the meantime my business is failing - I am quite desperate but am getting no help or support in an emergency from Heart. It is a very poor level of service.
UPDATE - Later that day Heart Internet responded to me although it took 4 hours to do so, and a further 5 hours later in the evening they fixed the problem.
I must say it was a terribly stressful experience but I do thank the operative that assisted to get it resolved. the fear was waiting in the unknown for someone to respond as they dont have telephone support so if you cant access your account you have to go in a long winded way to account recovery.
It was also concerning that this had occurred apparently due to an error made by purging by Heart Internet and so for the day that i was out of action it was very worrying.
