Transfer from BT treated as a new installation in error
I raised a complaint because when the service was transferred from BT you did not notify BT that I was transferring from the service to yourselves as a result of which I carried on being charged for the BT line for over a year. This was never addressed and I have not been compensated for this error. I did manage to raise a ticket for this number 04392886 but the process was stalled and when I wrote back to reactivate it I received no response.
