UPDATED REVIEW: We had the active DNS of our corporate domain parked with Heart Internet on their server (we first came across Heart Internet UK via a legacy involvement with Host Europe). We were able to access the active DNS until mid-December '24 when Heart Internet purged our active DNS settings as part of a clean-up. After an initial (in hindsight understandable) mix-up trying to track down our domain - which for legacy reasons was not with Heart Internet but with a third party, Heart Internet UK's support team moved mountains to get our domain back on-line. Very impressed by Heart Internet's commitment to put things right and place the interests of the customer first. Contact points for support etc only available by raising tickets, but otherwise very positive experience.
