Poor support Service and cpanel access
I've been a Heart Internet customer for close to 20 years, and in the last four years, I've lost more clients than in the previous 16 combined. Their email service is now unreliable, and website loading speeds are so slow that constant monitoring is required. Support tickets are slow to be addressed, requiring continuous follow-up and am surprised with some posts here on trust pilots were they say the ticket support has improved. They even removed their live chat support, likely due to the numerous complaints. Recently, their white-label cPanel and webmail have been experiencing issues (e.g., cpanel.mydomain.co.uk not functioning). Our reseller business has suffered significantly due to these client losses. Heart Internet is simply not the same company I joined two decades ago.
