Tal como muitos consumidores alertaram nesta página, também eu fui vitima da Freeletics e do seu esquema claramente abusivo relativamente à renovação da subscrição automática. A Freeletics insiste com os seus Termos & Condições, de que está lá tudo bem explícito e que informaram sobre tudo, mas o que é facto é que nunca recebi uma notificação quanto à aproximação do prazo para a renovação da subscrição. E ainda por cima, nem sequer enviaram uma fatura ou recibo relativo à transação! Será que o procedimento deles respeita mesmo as leis de comércio eletrónico? Eu acho que as normativas europeias protegem o consumidor relativamente a isso. Fiz queixa ao Centro Europeu do Consumidor e anulei o cartão que foi usado na transação.

Ich habe vor über einem Monat eine Bestellung mit insgesamt 10 Artikeln bei Freeletics aufgegeben. Vor wenigen Tagen wurde mir ohne vorherige Erklärung mitgeteilt, dass ich eine Rückerstattung erhalte – allerdings wurde dabei nicht klar kommuniziert, welche Artikel nun tatsächlich noch geliefert werden. Das Ergebnis: Von den 10 Artikeln wird mir letztlich nur ein einziges T-Shirt zugeschickt – für das ich dennoch die vollen Versandkosten in Höhe von 9 Euro tragen muss. Für mich als Kunde ist das inakzeptabel. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über die mangelhafte Kommunikation, den Umgang mit meiner Bestellung und den insgesamt sehr untransparenten Ablauf. So sollte moderner Kundenservice nicht aussehen.

Abos die über die Webseite abgeschlossen wurden, können nicht über iTunes / App Store verwaltet werden und werden verlängert, ohne den User vorher per Mail darüber zu informieren. Diese Vorgehensweise nennt der Support dann "fair und transparent". Da habe ich ein anderes Verständnis.

I have had the same renewal experience as everyone else here with negative reviews. Two stars because the app itself is quite good but their auto renewal policy is a con and designed to steal money. No notice given, money just came out for a full year subscription at £75. I get an email when my razor blades are about to be charged for so I can adjust if required, a £75 payment should definitely warrant an email to let you know you are about to be charged. I think it is unfair and and should definitely be looked into. I was sure I had cancelled my auto renew on google play but I hadn't cancelled it on the freeletics website so I was charged without warning. Within hours of the paypal notification I was trying to cancel to no avail. The money had not even left my account but there was no way to stop it and Freeletics just refused a refund stating what they do at the bottom of every negative review on here, including a patronising comment of you can't have a refund but 'remember why you signed up in the first place' The fact there are so many reviews like this on here shows that the model is set out to con people out of their money.

Siempre quise hacer deporte pero no era constante. Cuando descubrí Freeletics me enganchó de tal modo que estuve años entrenando. Después fui madre y tuve que parar pero tenía muchísimas ganas de volver a aquí estoy!! Gracias Freeletics por hacer que eche de menos entrenar ❤️

Seit 6 Jahren dabei, aber erst seit zwei Jahren wieder regelmäßig - herausfordernd, wirkungsvoll, abwechslungsreich, anspornend (Level 40 knacken war ein Meilenstein). Und ich muss nicht ins Fitnessstudio. Leider viel zu viel Werbung trotz Premium und trotz Equipmentkauf. App für die Apple Watch ist aber Schrott.

Hoy inicio mi tercera semana. En solo 26 workouts terminados he sentido la gran diferencia. El coach realmente va al ritmo del feedback que se le da. Ahora todo está integrado. Cuando lo inicie hace unos años atrás solo era con el workout de los dioses y quizá por ello terminé renunciando. Sentí que era bastante exigente y no fui lo suficientemente persistente en ese momento. Esta vez tomé la decisión de mejorar mi condición al 100% y lo lograré. Quizá deberían investigar por qué tanta gente abandona.

I had the same experience as all the other 1-2 star reviews. Steer clear! I wonder, how much company time is lost (customer service dealing with upset customers) and lost revenue from future subscriptions (from people like me who couldn't afford one renewal window, but would have in the future) they lose every year, by choosing to sneakily take money from their customers and then refuse to refund them until someone shoves their own terms and conditions in their face. I hope it's several times more than if they would just treat their customers fairly and learn how automated emails work. Do not use this service - there are are much better/honest options available, locally and online.

They don't inform when your subscription ends and you don't have a choice when you initially subscribe. If you don't remember the renewal date, they just take your money and don't refund. It's sneaky and user unfriendly. Beware! They even told me they wouldn't answer further emails if I kept asking for a refund. Will file a complaint to the European and German Customer Protection authority, it's a take-your-money-and-run company with a extremely bad commercial attitude. And I might add that other companies give you a warning when your subscription is about to end, this company doesn't and just hide behind their policies even if you cancel 5 minutes after you got charged (what I actually did). Not a company that cares for customers, just their money!

Ich bin jetzt seit 4 Wochen dabei und mache durch den Coach tatsächlich auch 3x/Woche Sport und bin top motiviert. Die Übungen sind abwechslungsreich und helfen mir auf dem Weg zum Traumkörper. No Excuses! Absolute Empfehlung.
