Atenção à renovação da subscrição automática

Tal como muitos consumidores alertaram nesta página, também eu fui vitima da Freeletics e do seu esquema claramente abusivo relativamente à renovação da subscrição automática. A Freeletics insiste com os seus Termos & Condições, de que está lá tudo bem explícito e que informaram sobre tudo, mas o que é facto é que nunca recebi uma notificação quanto à aproximação do prazo para a renovação da subscrição. E ainda por cima, nem sequer enviaram uma fatura ou recibo relativo à transação! Será que o procedimento deles respeita mesmo as leis de comércio eletrónico? Eu acho que as normativas europeias protegem o consumidor relativamente a isso. Fiz queixa ao Centro Europeu do Consumidor e anulei o cartão que foi usado na transação.

Ich habe vor über einem Monat eine Bestellung mit insgesamt 10 Artikeln bei Freeletics aufgegeben. Vor wenigen Tagen wurde mir ohne vorherige Erklärung mitgeteilt, dass ich eine Rückerstattung erhalte – allerdings wurde dabei nicht klar kommuniziert, welche Artikel nun tatsächlich noch geliefert werden. Das Ergebnis: Von den 10 Artikeln wird mir letztlich nur ein einziges T-Shirt zugeschickt – für das ich dennoch die vollen Versandkosten in Höhe von 9 Euro tragen muss. Für mich als Kunde ist das inakzeptabel. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über die mangelhafte Kommunikation, den Umgang mit meiner Bestellung und den insgesamt sehr untransparenten Ablauf. So sollte moderner Kundenservice nicht aussehen.

Watch out for Auto renewal, App itself is great

The app itself is great, gifted it to myself on my birthday but the auto-renewal policy really screwed me over. I'm pretty sure I canceled it last year, but I guess not, since I got charged for a full year yesterday. Tried to contact them for a refund, because it's only been 24 hours since the payment, but no success

Schlechter Kundenservice

Übungen sind gut erklärt, aber zu Anstrengend für den Normalen. Der Kundenservice bei Fehlern ist eine Katastrophe, bei mir hat Sich nach 2 Monaten auf meinen Fehler beim Kundenservice trotz nachfrage keiner gemeldet. App Store deswegen ebenfalls nur ein Stern. Geld verlangen aber Null Kundenservice, passt finde ich nicht in die heutige Zeit 8.11.2021 Freeletics Antwort, wie gehabt. Ich warte ja drauf das man sich meinem problem annimmt, da hilft es nicht, wenn der Support bereit ist, aber keine Hilfe leistet oder kann. Seit Ihr echt so schlecht aufgestellt??

Unethical Auto renewal policy. Very sneaky

After not using the app for a while I forgot about it, today I woke up to the surprise theses dudes sent me a mail congratulating me for renewing my subscription. They couldn't sent a mail warning me that they will charge me again for their subscription. I contacted their support people and got the refund denied. This kind of nasty little tricks to grab money makes me feel disgusted and scammed. I can't believe this is a German App... these people were famous for their work's ethic. But lesson learned, i'm never buying another app in my f. life directly from my credit card.

Bonjour,Les arnaqueurs

Bonjour, J’avais une abonnement se terminer le 16 novembre. J’arrêté les entraînements le 5 octobre car j’étais malade. Ensuite 20 Octobre,Je voudrais m’entraîner comme d’habitude je suis allé sur l’application. Les voleurs ont expiré mon abonnement. Et pour que je puisse récupérer le programme d’entraînement Il faut qu’absolument que je paye une autre abonnement Évidemment pour récupérer les 43 jours qu’il me reste sur l’application. Donc je les ai contacté 10 000 fois. Les Arnaqueur toujours les mêmes excuses l’arnaque

Please carefully check your credit card statement! Unethical subscription renewal policy!

Completely unethical. I cancelled my subscription after I have been using the Freeletics App for three months during lockdown in 2020, then my subscription has been renewed automatically without my consent and acknowledgement. Every time after my credit card was charged, I received NO emails/receipts/confirmation about my subscription renewals. Three times in total since October 2020 – NZD $270! Also the transaction details on the credit card statement were very unclear, it does not mention Freeletics at all, all I can have found on the statement is a charge line called “TR 6MO MUNCHEN DEU”… It took me (and my bank) a while figure out that it was charged by Freeletics! Very sneaky. What I cannot stand is no reminder when my subscription is about to run out and then it just auto extending for 6 months for NZD$89.99. After a few exchanges with their customer service representatives, I was surprised that they insisted on not issuing a refund. Imagine being charged for a service that you did not even partially consume and being denied a refund upon request. After review multiple bad reviews, I realized that I am not the only one whom experienced this horrible scam. I would have given them -1 star if there is an option. I am currently lodging a dispute claim with my credit card against this company. Watch this space.

Excellent app

Excelente y mejorando

Llevo ya unos años usando freeletics. Es una app que comenzó ofreciendo entrenamientos básicos pero intensos. Ahora lo adaptan a tus objetivos, puedes limitarlo si tienes lesiones o poco tiempo, tienen vídeos aclaratorios para que puedas realizar tu entrenamiento con la mejor técnica posible, y lo mejor de todo es que te mantiene activo incrementando gradualmente la intensidad. No me gusta ir al gimnasio, y gracias a esta app he dejado atrás un estilo de vida sedentario y me encuentro bien!
