Uncommercial attitude hiding behind rules and policies
They don't inform when your subscription ends and you don't have a choice when you initially subscribe. If you don't remember the renewal date, they just take your money and don't refund. It's sneaky and user unfriendly. Beware! They even told me they wouldn't answer further emails if I kept asking for a refund. Will file a complaint to the European and German Customer Protection authority, it's a take-your-money-and-run company with a extremely bad commercial attitude. And I might add that other companies give you a warning when your subscription is about to end, this company doesn't and just hide behind their policies even if you cancel 5 minutes after you got charged (what I actually did). Not a company that cares for customers, just their money!
