Tal como muitos consumidores alertaram nesta página, também eu fui vitima da Freeletics e do seu esquema claramente abusivo relativamente à renovação da subscrição automática. A Freeletics insiste com os seus Termos & Condições, de que está lá tudo bem explícito e que informaram sobre tudo, mas o que é facto é que nunca recebi uma notificação quanto à aproximação do prazo para a renovação da subscrição. E ainda por cima, nem sequer enviaram uma fatura ou recibo relativo à transação! Será que o procedimento deles respeita mesmo as leis de comércio eletrónico? Eu acho que as normativas europeias protegem o consumidor relativamente a isso. Fiz queixa ao Centro Europeu do Consumidor e anulei o cartão que foi usado na transação.

Ich habe vor über einem Monat eine Bestellung mit insgesamt 10 Artikeln bei Freeletics aufgegeben. Vor wenigen Tagen wurde mir ohne vorherige Erklärung mitgeteilt, dass ich eine Rückerstattung erhalte – allerdings wurde dabei nicht klar kommuniziert, welche Artikel nun tatsächlich noch geliefert werden. Das Ergebnis: Von den 10 Artikeln wird mir letztlich nur ein einziges T-Shirt zugeschickt – für das ich dennoch die vollen Versandkosten in Höhe von 9 Euro tragen muss. Für mich als Kunde ist das inakzeptabel. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über die mangelhafte Kommunikation, den Umgang mit meiner Bestellung und den insgesamt sehr untransparenten Ablauf. So sollte moderner Kundenservice nicht aussehen.

Disgraceful business with no ethics
Yet another review of the disgraceful refund policy. Auto renewal is a thing yes, but surely before the renewal takes place, you make an effort to inform the user that their money is about to be taken. Surely this is the right thing to do... but it's not done so as you can see from all the other reviews Freeletics is more than happy to take your money even if you have no intention of using the app. The right thing to do would be to understand that reality of these things and offer people a refund, how difficult is that to do? How easy is it to be a decent business with a good way of treating people with kindness and respect. Take a look at the responses on here from the customer service. They are a joke, why would I want a voucher for something I have no intention of using. Freeletics shame on you, you're a disgrace, go look yourself in the mirror and consider how you would feel about a business if you were on the receiving end of such an experience.

Terrible customer service…signed up a year ago, they have just taken renewal money from my account without any warning. I no longer have a device capable of using the service despite telling them this will not issue a refund! No way of accessing it via the website. AVOID Absolute Shocking SCAM

100% Trustworthy app
The coach and workouts are awesome It is hard but the coach and algorithm of the app will keep you Motivated. Gradually you will see yourself getting better in shape and most important thing it enhances your performance and self confidence. Used it 3 years back got amazing results But then I stopped exercising and got out of shape so here i am back again to improve myself. The company dosent focus that much for the Indian customers Wish they will get our attention in future.

Poor custumer support, basically you cant get a refund, they dont send reminders. And overpriced. After two years of use I wont go there anymore

La verdad una aplicación excelente se lleva las 5 estrellas. No tengo mucho tiempo entrenando con la aplicación pero en el poco tiempo que tengo me a encantado todo fue gracias a un amigo que me dio un pase de 7 días gratis y ahora la compre, desde que empeze no eh parado ya llevo más de un mes. Yo la recomiendo.
