Atenção à renovação da subscrição automática

Tal como muitos consumidores alertaram nesta página, também eu fui vitima da Freeletics e do seu esquema claramente abusivo relativamente à renovação da subscrição automática. A Freeletics insiste com os seus Termos & Condições, de que está lá tudo bem explícito e que informaram sobre tudo, mas o que é facto é que nunca recebi uma notificação quanto à aproximação do prazo para a renovação da subscrição. E ainda por cima, nem sequer enviaram uma fatura ou recibo relativo à transação! Será que o procedimento deles respeita mesmo as leis de comércio eletrónico? Eu acho que as normativas europeias protegem o consumidor relativamente a isso. Fiz queixa ao Centro Europeu do Consumidor e anulei o cartão que foi usado na transação.

Ich habe vor über einem Monat eine Bestellung mit insgesamt 10 Artikeln bei Freeletics aufgegeben. Vor wenigen Tagen wurde mir ohne vorherige Erklärung mitgeteilt, dass ich eine Rückerstattung erhalte – allerdings wurde dabei nicht klar kommuniziert, welche Artikel nun tatsächlich noch geliefert werden. Das Ergebnis: Von den 10 Artikeln wird mir letztlich nur ein einziges T-Shirt zugeschickt – für das ich dennoch die vollen Versandkosten in Höhe von 9 Euro tragen muss. Für mich als Kunde ist das inakzeptabel. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über die mangelhafte Kommunikation, den Umgang mit meiner Bestellung und den insgesamt sehr untransparenten Ablauf. So sollte moderner Kundenservice nicht aussehen.

Find die App super! Besser als Fitnessstudio

Find die App super. Hab Fitness-Studio und -Kurse probiert, hat mich alles nicht abgeholt. Mit der App trainier ich zu Hause, die Community-Funktion ist mega, um sich in der App zu vernetzen und sich gegenseitig zu motivieren. Würde 6 Sterne geben, wenn es ginge! :)

Les résultats financiers passent avant la fidélité client

Aucun rappel n'est envoyé avant le renouvellement automatique, ce qui est contraire à toutes les bonnes pratiques de respect des clients dans l'UE. Inutile de contacter le service client qui est intraitable ! La règle est la règle. Ils ne feront aucune exception. Les résultats financiers priment. Le rappel serait d'autant plus utile que le renouvellement se fait au tarif plein. Donc si vous êtes fidèle à l'application mais oubliez de mettre votre renouvellement en pause, vous perdez !! Politique rigide, absence totale de considération pour les utilisateurs fidèles. Les résultats financiers comptent plus que tout.

Unethical Renewal Practices – Feels Like a Trap

Like many others have reported, I was charged nearly £95 for a subscription I didn’t realise had renewed, despite not using the app in over a year. I only discovered the charge after it had gone through, and when I contacted Freeletics with proof of non-use, they refused to refund me. Instead, they offered a voucher for future use, which I don’t want or need. After looking into it, I found dozens of reviews going back years with the same issue: people lured in with discounts, charged without warning, and denied refunds. No reminder emails, no price change notifications, and no clear way to cancel. It’s hard not to feel like this is part of their business model. This isn’t just poor customer service, it’s exploitative. Freeletics needs to fix this. Until they do, I’d strongly recommend choosing another app with transparent billing and actual support.

Short sessions and adjustable . In my body didn’t changed enough. Cardio is increased but strength a little. I lost one kilo overall.

I don’t know why this app has so many…

I don’t know why this app has so many good reviews, doesn’t work right, for 15min training I spend 30min on the app, as it changes my account and preferences constantly. Once I like a training and did it once, it disappears and it’s impossible to find it again.
