Tal como muitos consumidores alertaram nesta página, também eu fui vitima da Freeletics e do seu esquema claramente abusivo relativamente à renovação da subscrição automática. A Freeletics insiste com os seus Termos & Condições, de que está lá tudo bem explícito e que informaram sobre tudo, mas o que é facto é que nunca recebi uma notificação quanto à aproximação do prazo para a renovação da subscrição. E ainda por cima, nem sequer enviaram uma fatura ou recibo relativo à transação! Será que o procedimento deles respeita mesmo as leis de comércio eletrónico? Eu acho que as normativas europeias protegem o consumidor relativamente a isso. Fiz queixa ao Centro Europeu do Consumidor e anulei o cartão que foi usado na transação.

Ich habe vor über einem Monat eine Bestellung mit insgesamt 10 Artikeln bei Freeletics aufgegeben. Vor wenigen Tagen wurde mir ohne vorherige Erklärung mitgeteilt, dass ich eine Rückerstattung erhalte – allerdings wurde dabei nicht klar kommuniziert, welche Artikel nun tatsächlich noch geliefert werden. Das Ergebnis: Von den 10 Artikeln wird mir letztlich nur ein einziges T-Shirt zugeschickt – für das ich dennoch die vollen Versandkosten in Höhe von 9 Euro tragen muss. Für mich als Kunde ist das inakzeptabel. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über die mangelhafte Kommunikation, den Umgang mit meiner Bestellung und den insgesamt sehr untransparenten Ablauf. So sollte moderner Kundenservice nicht aussehen.

Renouvellement abusif
Même problème que beaucoup. J'ai été ponctionné de 100€ sans mail m'indiquant la date de mon renouvellement, ce qui est illégal selon l'article L215-1 du code de la consommation qui prévoit un délai obligatoire d'information (3 à 1 mois avant). Je vous invite, quand vous en avez la possibilité, a envoyer une lettre de "mise en cause" récapitulant les faits en recommandé avec accusé de réception à leur adresse, qui est en Allemagne (Freeletics GmbH Berg-am-Laim-Straße 111 81673 Munich Allemagne). Vous n'obtiendrez surement aucune réponse, mais ces faits sont utiles pour les étapes suivantes et prouver votre bonne foi. En suite, faite une demande de conciliation (procédure gratuite). Le conciliateur vous expliquera qu'il n'est pas compétent étant donné qu'il n'y a pas de représentant Freeletics en France à priori. Il vous renverra vers une saisine du tribunal de proximité compétent autour de vous, qui après exposition des faits, fera valoir vos droits. Cela est gratuit, mais si jamais vous deviez engager des frais de justice ou d'avocat pour vous faciliter la tâche, vous n'aurez qu'a demander le remboursement des frais engendrés (votre avocat les demandera à coup sûr), cela sera accepté.

Azienda truffaldina tedesca. Ho acquistato alcuni accessori per la palestra sul loro shop. Innanzitutto, il prezzo è irragionevole. Tutti i materiali sono Made in China. Ammetto che sono tutti di buona fattura e resistenti, ma il rincaro che applicano per lucrare è quasi da indagine. La ciliegina sulla torta è che dopo avere effettuato un reso stando alle loro politiche entro i 14 giorni dalla consegna, non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso e loro sono spariti. L’unico metodo per contattarli è tramite email. Non hanno né chat né telefono. Alle mail non rispondo più e il reso gli è stato consegnato presso i loro magazzini una settimana fa. Ora sono in reclamo con la mia banca per cercare di riavere i soldi indietro. Per quanto riguarda l’abbonamento agli allenamenti, lo uso tramite la mia banca che l’ha incluso nel piano a pagamento, altrimenti non credo che l’avrei mai pagato. Non so chi ha sviluppato gli esercizi, ma se imposto un programma per aumentare la massa muscolare, gli esercizi sono talmente banali che potrei andare avanti 10 anni così e prendere 1 kg di massa magra. Da evitare.

Ich bin jetzt 1Jahr dabei und konnte super Erfolge verbuchen.ich fühle mich fitter und entspannter.äußerlich sieht man auch eine Muskelzunahme und 6Kg weniger Gewicht auf der Waage.das motiviert.also top👍🏻.bei mir funktioniert es. Vorraussetzung ist das man es kontinuierlich durchzieht auch an schlechten Tagen.

Nachdem ich jahrelang kaum trainiert habe, habe ich mit Freeletics begonnen. Ergebnis: es macht riesigen Spaß (ok, nicht immer), es wirkt - fühle mich zunehmend fitter, wohler und beweglicher. Der Riesenvorteil: ich benötige keine großes Setting oder besondere Ortee

I’ve been a Freeletics subscriber for over 5 years. It’s a fantastic app and helps me make sure I keep up on my journey. It’s not always the easiest, but it works. And I like the fact that it works with you, and for you. It doesn’t give you a blanket program.

Ich habe in 12 Wochen 6kg abgenommen, Muskeln aufgebaut - ja und einen Ansatz eines 6-Packs 🤩 Man muss natürlich konsequent dran bleiben und auf die Ernährung achten. Die App ist eine tolle Unterstützung dabei. Die KI ist allerdings ein wenig verbesserungswürdig, regiert nicht immer auf Feedback. Ist aber kein großes Problem.
