Im angry I have to give one star DISGUSTING COMPANY

Im angry I have to give one star. This lot are a disgrace Its virtually impossible to reach them,, Their virtual chat facility is totally useless and limits custmers to a list of issues and if the issue you have isnt one of them, forget about it Then I suffered a disinterested agent from hell who was so rude Ive photoed the chat and am emailing it to the CEO. I doubt theyll reply, but at least they have a chance to see what we are expected to tollerate Whoever chatted with me would be out on their ear if they were my staff and spoke or chatted with my customers as she did me.. They didnt get anything right and when I pointed this out they went all victim on me so I asked are you getting passive agreeassive and they used that as a quick get out of jail card, feigning hurt and telling me that was abuse A truely shocking experience and Ive decided to keep the wrong sized shoes, and give them to the next person I know who has a baby, I will buy the right ones elsewhere. WORTH NOTING THIS COMPANY INSISTS ON YOUR FULL NAME EMAIL AND TELEPHOE NUMBER IN ORDER TO USE THE CHAT BUT WILL NOT TELL YOU HOW TO HAVE YOUR PRIVATE DATE REMOVED.. IN FACT THE AGENT REFUSED TO ANSWER MY QUESTION AS TO HOW TO HAVE IT REMOVED WHICH I SENT THREE TIMES... This is not the Footlocker me and all my boys used, the experience has been dehumanising
