Disappointed! Posting False Information
Disappointed!! I ordered May 17th, and last week it showed on the portal that the package will be delivered on the 20th then rescheduled to 21st. I kept on updating my order through customer service because it always say "ON ITS WAY". At first, they told me that my package was delivered to the warehouse of Envoi, I called envoi and they denied it. 2nd-4th call, they said wait until May 28th for the delivery. Today, May 29th, I called again to follow up. they informed me that my package was lost and will process refund or exchange of item. Unprofessional team! they waited until today to tell me it was lost.
