Five Star Properties and Bliss Beach Rentals

House was excellent for our family getaway. It was premium location w/ beautiful view of the beach from multiple rooms and very short walk to/from. The furniture was all new and beds/bedding were very comfortable w/ more than adequate towels, pillows, etc. The bonus of having our own private pool and separate pool house were a great touch. The kitchen and den area were on the small side for this size house (and larger groups), but it worked for our small family. There was very little cupboard space and that was inconvenient. The house was well stocked w/ all the needed items, and the rental company was great to work with. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and the small issues listed above were far outweighed by the house's positive attributes!

The house was perfect for our group! It was sparkling clean and beautifully updated. The kitchen and living area never felt cramped with 16 people. The only reason we can’t give 5 full stars is that the air conditioning on the main floor was out. Five star was very responsive and brought in portable units and they had the AC repair company recharge the unit as the needed parts didn’t come in during our stay. But we had a service person in the house 5 out of the 7 days we were there and the portable units were very loud! It was disappointing to not receive some kind of compensation for the inconvenience. Also, the advertised pool for the house is irrelevant. It isn’t serviced or cleaned and is extremely small. We were still happy working with five star and will definitely rent from them again and would still rent this house again!

House wasn't ready at check in time. Waited over an hour to get in. Wasn't dirty, but not as clean as past times. We've stayed in this house 5 to 6 times. Dishwasher wasn't emptied. Needed to call for more towels. I do not hold the cleaning service respossible for the house not being ready. 5 STAR should have more people cleaning these homes. Hopefully next year things will improve . Thank you for listening.

Beautiful 4 story beach house with elevator, high-end appliances and beautiful decor. Plenty of towels - all beds were firm and very comfortable and each bedroom has its own large bathroom. The 4th floor deck was large enough to hold twelve of us to hang out on and play cards every evening - the deck has a large grill, mini-fridge, and sink. We spent most of our time on the deck when not at the beach or out and about. A nice bonus was the 6 seater golf cart and 4 bicycles that were on the property when we arrived. Only problem with a golf cart is Rosemary doesn’t allow them, but we still enjoyed having it. Only complaints we had were very minor - we could have used a few serving platters and large bowls for our big group, a nonstick skillet would have been nice to have for easy clean up, and it was a little noisy while outside on the decks or at the pool because of hwy 98 being so close. Overall we loved our stay, and we would definitely stay at Serendipity again.

The beach house was amazing, & even though we had a few glitches with our beach passes, the Five Star Properties team took great care of us! We had a great time.

We rented Caribbean Cabana in Destiny By The Sea. The neighborhood and private beach are great and the house itself is great! However, it is badly mismanaged by Five Star. The house was not clean, Hand prints on frig, dishwasher, and night stands in bedrooms. Sheets in bunk room were sandy, oven didn’t bake, grill was very dirty, rusty, only one burner out of six worked and the propane bottle was almost empty. Neither washers and dryers worked when we arrived, we ended up getting one unit installed but were left with a mess to clean up after the installation. The ice maker was dirty, the refrigerator smelled like fish and one of the leather chairs had a large piece of leather peeled off with foam exposed. Most of the upholstered furniture on patios and in living areas was worn. Bikes provided had flat tires and chains were off. Clearly, you can see this was not an oversight but a pattern that the property is not maintained or cleaned properly. If the house could be cleaned and in working order it would have been a great place to rent! We did complain and turned in requests but these things could not be repaired while we were already there. It’s unfortunate that they could not have assessed the needs of the house and gotten some of these issues resolved during the Covid shutdown! Instead, new guests arrive each week to be disappointed!

Beautiful home and accommodations! Although, the cleaning could have done better job sweeping under beds, dressers; and with the appliances...they were not wiped down around the outside and edges (lots of hand prints and sticky); and the inside refrigerator was not clean. All in all, a very nice place though.

The condo was a great location, easy access to the beach and the space was very comfortable. Their cleaning service needs some improvement. When we checked in one of the beds in the condo had not been stripped, was unmade and still had soiled linens from the prior guests. There was food smears on walls, in the kitchen and the floors had not been cleaned. We contacted them and this was all corrected immediately by Five Star.

Five stars all the way around for ‘Shore Beach Working!’ Booking was quick and seamless. The home was clean, beautifully decorated with custom art pieces, stocked with anything we could have needed for our week long stay, and in the perfect location. The neighborhood of Caribe offered the privacy we were seeking. I will definitely be booking this property again!

We had a awesome time in Destin! Our check in and out was simple and easy. Definitely will recommend using Five Star Properties.

The property clean and great location

My family and I really loved the condo at Sterling Shores. It was so nice. Your staff was great about getting back to us with questions and concerns. The condo could use some new cooking pans and the sliding door to the outside porch would hardly open. It was looked at and now needs to be replaced. Our stay was great we appreciate how clean it was.

We loved the property when we rented it in 2019 so we rented Casa Madalena again for 2020. The renovations that were made between last year and this were outstanding. See you next year!
