Five Star Properties and Bliss Beach Rentals

Nice rental for family group of 8. 4 adults 4 kids. Plenty of space. Tram pickup one house down. Nice kitchen with extra small sink on the breakfast bar. Deck off every bedroom and 1st floor back door. Side entry with foot wash faucet & shower head for sand. Improvements I would suggest: Update your cooking utensils & pans ( frying pans, spatulas etc.(very worn) Replace toaster. With COVID 19 we ate in more than usual & cooked everyday. Every door, drawer, door lock etc. needed a screwdriver to tighten loose screws. ( fortunately I brought one) pantry door was very bad. Had an issue with one toilet & the air conditioner. Both responded to promptly.

Excellent customer service; answered and addressed issues quickly and to my satisfaction. Would definitely book with Five Star in the future. House was exactly as pictured, kitchen well equipped and property was very clean which is a top priority for us. Very pleased with rental! I would suggest detailing that the beach chairs/umbrellas are backpack and have to be set up by guests and there is no beach service. This was an issue that was resolved but we were not aware when booked. The beach front home offered amazing views and star gazing, we enjoyed our visit very much and will return.

This is my families third time staying at Las Olas. It has become a home away from home for us! We have 10 adults and 9 kids that stay in the house and it fits our needs perfectly! We love that the house is right on the beach. The house also has a small covered pool which is perfect for our younger kids when it is so hot mid day. From the booking process to the actual time of our stay, Five Star Properties is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. When we have called them for minor problems, they have sent a friendly service person out promptly. There are a few things that could be improved. The house could use some updating and a few repairs. Some of the furniture needs to be replaced. For instance, this was the first year that we used one of the pull out sofas and it was broke. Also, a shower door was broke and would fall off. Overall, we love Las Olas and plan to return for many years to come.

So easy to work with, awesome property! Sketchy WIFI but think that is to b expected! Not one complaint abt their service or the property!

Property was nice. Construction was happening next door. Had a port-a-pottie next to drive way. Construction noise started at 7;00 am each day. Workers blocked driveway. Contacted 5 star and didn’t do anything to compensate us. Very disappointed in their response!!

The house was clean and a good space for our 3 families. Our only 2 complaints were that there was a fridge in the garage that we loaded and when it wasn’t getting cool we phoned the office and were told that the fridge was supposed to have been removed and would not be repaired. That should have been handled before our arrival so we didn’t count on it to hold the rest of our food. Also the alarm on the back door because of the pool was a problem since the door couldn’t be opened any longer than 15 seconds before it would go off. This was a problem for our elderly parents who were with us. It was constant going off because we couldn’t get them in and out quickly enough. It was also annoying to the neighbors but we were doing all we could to avoid it but some people just can’t get in and out that quickly.

We were just there with three other families. We LOVED the location because it was a one minute walk to the beach and a quick bike ride to Seaside and Watercolor. The bedrooms were spacious and there was plenty of room for our group of 18. The only downsides we would say was the cleanliness. There were cobwebs on light fixtures and in windows. and the windows were very dirty and needed a good cleaning. The pool area could use a little TLC and pillows replaced. There was construction next door starting about 6:30 each morning, but that can't be helped by the owners. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Five Star did not ensure that the house we renter ready. Lots of issues; Clogged sinks Broken door handles/locks Broken Shower Pool not operational

This was our first time renting with Five Star Properties. The condo was very large and perfect for our family. The water was extremely clear and since there was a private beach it wasn’t too crowded. We will definitely be booking through them again

FiveStar Rental went above and beyond for us! They are amazing. We had some plumbing problems and it was taken care of immediately! Our house was gorgeous! Will use them again and again!

The location was amazing. A very short walk to the beach. The house was spacious and well appointed on the living level and the third floor master suite. The lower level bedrooms/bathrooms were less well appointed, but still nice. I would definitely stay there again.

we stayed at the Sanctuary on Frangista Beach. July 2020. House was not ready when we arrived at 4 pm. This is a list of items that were either broken or just missing. Pool had blue tape holding up the tile on the outside. Railing around pool was very wobbly which would result in about a fifteen foot fall. Missing closet sliding mirrored door in Master. Water stains on ceiling of family room from washing machine leaking. Sliding door to pool was missing a handle. curtain rods bent. Also, the bathroom towel racks were bent. showers went from hot to cold back to hot without moving the handles. Area rug was filthy. Food particles under all of the sofas. deck around pool patched with concrete instead of the cool deck material, sun on the concrete made it extremely hot. house looks nothing like the pictures. not being maintained.

We loved our stay at Beach Fanatics!! We stayed with a group of about 22 people adults and children and can honestly say it was the most fun and relaxing vacation we have been on. Even with a large group it was so nice at night to be able to go to each of our parts of the house and feel like we had our space. The house could fit so many more people and still not be a problem. When we arrived the place was super clean and had plenty of extra clean towels. Kitchens were stocked with everything we needed. With the exception of ordering pizza we ate every meal in. Of course the best part is proximity to the beach and having beach chairs and umbrellas set up for us every morning. The kids moved between the pool and the beach which was nice to have options. The game room and movie room and bikes were also a big hit. Can’t wait to go back!

We stayed at Beach Funatics for a week. PERFECT! 5 families with kids ranging from 4 to 16. The house was well stocked with little things we always forget or need on vacation. Towels and linens look and feel VERY clean. All beds were very nice. The owners here obviously didnt get cheap on the accessories and furniture-- unlike so many other beach homes. There is nothing like staying ON the beach... especially with a pool. Great neighbors. No highrise condo next door. Awesome location. Ride a bike 5 minutes to chic-fil-a, grocery store, etc. Tons of room. We never felt cramped. AC was very cold. Would stay here again and really wouldnt change anything.

We had a perfect week at Beach Funatics!!! Definitely 5 star. Everything was smooth from check in to check out. House was clean and well taken care of with plenty of room to sleep family or friends. The beachfront location cannot be beat, and the beachfront pool is gorgeous and big enough to fit lots of kids and adults!! We used one of the several grills, beach toys are available to use, entertainment/media rooms with smart TVs and fun games to keep you entertained when you can’t be outside. We loved having several refrigerators to store food and drink — I think there are at least 4. The owners clearly had family and fun in mind when decking out this house—it has everything!!

If you are looking for the ultimate family vacation spot— Miramar Beach, FL and “Beach Funatics” is the place to be!! The entire home is very spacious and offered relaxation and entertainment for our entire family— spacious bedrooms and baths, indoor game rooms, 4 bikes provided(perfect area to ride), beautiful decks and sparkling(heated)pool for relaxing, and we loved the private sandy white beach front area, only steps away!! We also loved the convenient location to shopping and dining areas. We can’t wait for our next visit!!
