Five Star Properties and Bliss Beach Rentals

the living room rug needs changing.the couch-sleeper upstairs needs to be replace, we have been staving this house for 5 years it needs to updated.

We got an amazing house, huge pool and hot tub, great location, minutes from the beach. However there were several issues with the house. The House was cleaned and ready by 4pm The pool wasn't cleaned until we got there, the hot tub heater was fixed twice during our stay. The 3rd floor AC broke down twice with a water leak in the ceiling. Grass behind the pool was not mowed. Smoke alarm chirping late at night. Billiards cues all without tips. One of the dryers didnt work. 2 burners on the stove didn't work properly. So we had to make several phone calls to the FIve Star folks to fix things, often late at night. The good part was they were prompt to come fix things, and easy to get a hold of. We would definitely consider staying in the house again, because the amenities, location and size is great, albeit would want to make sure we don't run into the same issues we had that week.

The property was beautiful, but don't expect all information to be in your guest portal. Five Stars never provided a key for the golf cart and you have to spend a day tracking it down from the actual golf cart provider. The golf cart owner was super helpful, but Five Star property management was not. The ice maker didn't work, food was left in the refrigerator, and a clump of hair on the broom. Five Star did not even know who provides beach chair service for that area - another issue you have to solve on your own. No check out guidelines was provided either, so you'll have to call for that as well. For the price, all information should have been in the online portal and the place should have been spotless.

Upon arrival the beach house we rented was not cleaned as well as I expected it would be. Dirty Sheets, clusters of human hair in the corners of the bathroom, dirty bathroom counter tops, the entire banister was sticky. Left us with an uneasy feeling about the house. Considering the circumstances, I would think cleanliness would be the number one priority for any rental property. This is not a typical 5 star experience. Most always everything is impeccable The next morning 5 Star sent someone out to take care of things. We appreciate the effort they made to rectify the situation.

Beautiful home with updated qualities through out. Convenient access to the pool and Gulf. Kitchen was stocked with updated cookware and nice plates, glasses etc. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the King mattresses were worn out. Need to be replaced immediately. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

overall experience was great. loved the house. easy access to beach. very clean. pool area was awesome. pool house did not match what was on the website which created some minor issues (no couch / pull out). internet and TV's were spotty. would definitely recommend and come back.

As first time users of a rental we were nervous about codes and extras. Wish someone would have taken the time to explain things to us. They kept promising codes for the property and community. Check in time was 4 pm and they promised them the night before. We finally got them after continually texting, emailing and called at 4:17 p.m. (while 13 people waited to get into the house). The pool maintenance guy came and left about 6 inches in the small adjourning pool that the little kids were using. We texted and emailed 2 days in a row no one every answered or contacted us. Over all the place was nice just needed to follow up on the details.

Excellent property and service once we checked in. My only difficulty was service when we had to cancel/get credit in march.... I’m hoping it was all Covid.

I would have given them a 5 star rating because the unit was perfect. However, there was 1 minor but MAJOR issue that 5 Star Properties would not address. The back door of the Dolphin Watch in Destin does not have a key. So, when you go to the beach you have to leave the unit unlocked. There is no access to the beach from the front of the house, you can only get to the beach from the units deck. So this is a huge safety issue not only to your personal belongings but also to your family, kids, etc...that may be sleeping or showering, etc...while the rest of the family is on the beach. I ask them to get us a key or send out a locksmith to make a key. But they did not. They did ask me "how they could make me feel secure in my stay". We'll duh, fix the lock otherwise send out an armed guard. Which they did neither.

Five Star was excellent. We enjoyed our stay on the beach in Casa de Cielo. The house was beautiful and the weather perfect. We had some small issues which Five Star quickly took care of.

Great home. Any request for service was attended to immediately via email. Very professional rental operation. Recommended

We have used 5. Star the past 6 years for our beach house rental. Everyone is always friendly and very helpful. Live them.

Wonderful family vacation booked thru five star properties in Destin. Our home was just like the pictures and the Destiny By the Sea neighborhood was beautiful. Short walk to the beach, friendly area, beach was not too crowded being a private area. Nice location, very clean and loved the amount of towels we received. Bedding was nice and our family loved the large open area with the kitchen dining area and den all together. Balconies were a must and the en suite was a huge hit for our son, wife and new grand baby. We have booked again for next year!!!

Excellent stay. Room was terrific, clean, and well furnished. Great balcony views of the gulf and even the bay. The property is right on the beach and the pool is nice as well (though they took the pool chairs away due to coronavirus so bring your own). Not much I would chance, we were happy campers!

We rented the Paradise Found house in Seagrove Beach, FL. We have traveled all over the world and we have nothing but great things to say about this vacation. The house was was extremely nice and very spacious to accommodate our family of 19 people. The location was perfect as it was on a dead end street and the kids could ride bikes with almost no traffic. The area was very safe where we felt they could roam freely. The beach access is very close where we could come and go as we please. the pool was nice where we would comeback from the beach in the evening. We are already looking into booking again next year!

The Enclave on 30A was perfect for our family. It had all the amenities we could ask for.... We plan on booking again next year. Thank you Five Star

Everything was just perfect! Five star properties is one of the few companies that actually do what they say will do. Will be booking again with them in the near future I highly recommend!

Very nice place. I can only think of 2 negatives - no mid-week cleanup and it’s too far from the beach.

We had a pretty great experience with Five Star this trip as a frequent visitor of Destin, this was our first time at Five Star. There were a couple issues we had with the house we rented itself, surrounding the house was very dirty and smelly, trash on the curbs and sides, old refrigerator that stunk super bad hanging in the driveaway and when we arrived had to wait an additional hour because they were not done cleaning. Not a biggie but the pool must have been over shocked cause the kids jumped in and everyones eyes burned and peeled. We were also told there would be 3 sets of chairs but ended up only with 2 so we had to pay for additional sets which is annoying and misleading.

we had a great experience. our view from Sea Span was amazing.
