Five Star Properties and Bliss Beach Rentals

We had a wonderful Covid-19 week at the Hong Hale. House was great and pool was wonderful. We didn't wander out for any dinners and played it safe. Shopped at Whole Foods and brought lots of food from Costco and home. We wore masks. Beach was great. Got home safe and sound. Hope virus is gone so we can go out more next year.

We had a great vacation and an awesome stay at “It’s About Time”! It’s the second time our family has stayed at this property and our 3rd stay at a Five Star Beach Rental! We had no problems and if we had questions the customer service department was easily reached and always helpful. We will use them again for sure!

The house was very beautiful and looked just like pictures. The reasons why we’re not giving a 5 star review are the following, The house was not very clean, things in the bedrooms, restrooms, kitchen and even outside we’re not as clean as we would’ve expected for a property like this one. We had to wash a lot of things in the kitchen because they were greasy and dirty. The TVs were a pain in the butt sometimes, one of the reasons we reserved this home was because of the TVs and specially the TV outside by the pool. Unfortunately the tv outside did not work, someone came to try to fix the problem but it wasn’t possible because the tv had damage. We were kind of all disappointed this time.

Lovely home. We had several issues with some of the house functions (pool and hot tub, door locks) which were resolved quickly. However, the slip covered furniture was dirty and stained. The living room was small for a house that sleeps 15-20 ppl. Overall, we had a great experience.

The house was exactly as expected based on the images online. Our vacation was great no issues. The beach was directly across street ans not overly crowed. Great stay.

This is a great company to rent through. Very attentive when you call or contact them.

From check-in to check out everything was easy breezy. Also appreciated the communication before, during and after our stay.

The house was a good size and in a great location. However, it was not super clean (dust, cobwebs, and dirty dishes) and there were things that were broken. The elevator and oven did not work. They informed me about the oven but when the man arrived to fix it, he said he was there for a stove eye not the oven.

Overall Five Star was responsive to our requests for assistance during our stay; however we did request assistance with operating the media entertainment system - which a posted sign said was required. The next day someone arrived and said they would find out and get back to us. We never heard back again and weren’t able to listen to music on the outdoor deck. Also our dishwasher stopped draining and almost flooded back into the kitchen. We called and they said it would have to be another vendor who wouldn’t be able to get to it until Friday (this was Wednesday). When the vendor arrived Friday, the only fix required was removal of a piece of glass from the pump. This could have been done by anyone who does routine maintenance work. We were unable to use our dishwasher for half of our vacation, and we had 8 people. We asked for someone from management to call us, and no one ever responded.

We had an excellent stay! The property was beautiful and was exactly as described. My only negative would be that we had difficulty reaching a CSR when calling Five Star and had to leave a message each time. We did not receive a returned phone call but the issues or questions were dealt with. All in all it was a great experience.

Nice property had a good stay it was great. Thought our condo seat on the beach over looking it but it was one of the properties in the back

Crazy Beautiful House We had 3 families in this 8 Bedroom House in Destiny East. It had plenty of room for all 16 of us to sleep as well as balcony space to enjoy views outside. We used the pool and hot tub every day, along with the local tennis court / pickle ball court located about 200yds away. The beach was an easy walk as well, and we would recommend a Cart or Wagon so you can bring your beach toys. The house came with access to 6 beach chairs and umbrellas that were set up for us each day by the local attendants (Chris and Richie) who did a great job of getting us front row each morning. We had some issues with the AC and Internet, but 5-Star sent someone to fix them immediately. All in all it was a great vacation and we hope to be back soon!

Response time was excellent for the few issues we had. Everything was as depicted in the pictures. Would stay here again.

We did not have a good experience with this rental agency. We had to call and ask them to update their system so we could get our door code on the guest portal. Upon arrival the entrance to our gated community was completely blocked off because of road construction. We checked our guest portal for an alternate entrance and no information was provided. We called the number provided and had to leave a message. Someone returned our call about 20 minutes later. Our rental came with beach chair rentals. The guest portal told us where our beach access was and that’s where we went but no chairs. We called the beach chair rental company and they said they put our chairs in a spot closer to our house but we needed a gate code to get in. We called Five Star and they said the rental company put them in the wrong spot and they would put a call in to them. The next day still no chairs, we called Five Star and they said no one had called them back. That was basically the only hell they offered. We finally got chairs the third day of our trip because we went and bought them ourselves. Our tv’s were not working at all. We called the first day and submitted a work order. A maintenance guy came 6 hours later but we were not home. He left a note that he would come back if we wanted. It never was fixed. We have stayed in Seaside for 11 years and never had problems like this. I do not recommend this agency in regards to customer service.

This was an excellent property! Highly recommend Coral Shores! Very clean, very spacious, decorations were on spot, across the street from the beach. The bikes at the house was an extra bonus!

We found Aqua Tranquility very enjoyable. We would rent it again. With the size of the house, a second refrigerator would have been very helpful. We have been to Destin, NC and SC a dozen times, always with a private pool. This was the Best pool we have ever experienced. Thanks for an enjoyable week.

Loved the beach house! Everything was very clean and just the way we expected it to be. We had a great family vacation .

Great property for our family. We decided last minute to travel with our neighbors and their kids. My wife found the property on the beach and loved it. Working with Five Star was great and seamless.

Awesome property everything we expected, the only suggestion I would have is, make some kind of covering for back deck. Also listing said chairs and umbrella’s would be setup every AM but they were not
