This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿

Very friendly staff and brilliant products.

So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.

ACOID AVOID AVOID !!!!

I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .

Used these products previously

Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

Do not buy from crooks

Poor customer service automated messages response no order no tracking no nothing asked several time for ordered to be cancelled and nothing do not buy had several emails telling me about special offers but can’t even deliver my original order

Products are fine if you actually…

Products are fine if you actually receive them. Customer care is extremely poor so don’t expect much in the way of after sales support or refunds should something go wrong with your order.

Poor Customer service and no delivery yet

Used there products before and all arrived fine so i purchased some more gear in Jan and now no sign or any email to say where my order is or when it will be sent out? It’s now very late sent an email asking for an update but you don’t get a reply and no phone numbers anymore so you can ring to ask for an update. Lesson to learn if a company does not have a phone number to ring then don’t order from them. I have two more week to wait until I can start a dispute from my credit card, very poor customer service

They are just so poor at dealing with…

They are just so poor at dealing with issues and telling the truth, I would like to give a review of their products but I can't, despite numerous emails to them and being given a false tracking number, my items still haven't arrived. Don't take people's money if you're not prepared to honour the orders. I'm literally at the point of getting my bank involved to claim my money back. Just ship my order in the timeframe you promised. It's not difficult.

Placed order last year was a great…

Placed order last year was a great offer .deal came snowfoamer .order came in 2 deliveries parts missing from foamer .sent another and part which needed missing .email sent fast reply .emailed which needed .excuse was no labels .2 emails later lat sent 19 Jan 25 still no reply .products are great for price .but let down customer care and postage times

Just avoid

These guys provided the worst customer service experience I've ever come across. Your helpdesk tickets go unanswered, they say they goods have been despatch when they haven't, they never call you back despite saying they will. And to top it all off they say they are waiting on me for information when I've given them the info 2 weeks previously and they've lost it. Just avoid and save the inevitable stress.

Disappointing Customer support

I had a disappointing experience with EZ Car Care UK. I ordered multiple products from them, but when the package arrived, a bottle of Snow Foam had leaked during shipping, leaving all the products covered in foam. When I reached out to report the issue, I was shocked by their resolution process. They insisted that I pay for the return shipping costs before they would issue a refund for both the product and the postage which I found completely unfair given that the issue was caused by their inadequate packaging. To make matters worse, it took them a lot of time and numerous requests to even get back to me with this unsatisfactory response. The lack of prompt communication and their refusal to take proper responsibility for the issue was incredibly frustrating. Overall, my experience with EZ Car Care UK was very disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend them based on this level of customer service.

Won’t lie, they’re great!

Won’t lie, I was a little hesitant about ordering based on some of the reviews on here however my experience has been outstanding. I ordered one of the special offers that they have and I have to say, I’m really surprised at how much stuff they sent asking with being blown away by the products that they have included. Was quoted 4-5 days for delivery but in reality it only took 3 days and delivered a day ahead of what was said when I received notification of the products being shipped. Told Friday and arrived on Thursday. Thank you to EZ!

Great company that have made significant improvements in the last few months

I have used this company for about the last 18 months and can honestly say I’ve had nothing but good service. Like any company you deal with there are bumps in the road, but it’s how those bumps in the road are dealt with that makes the difference and this is where I can only praise the staff at EZ car care. Their products are amazing, there are some in the detailing industry that say these products are no good or that they are weak, I however have found these products are very good for what I need them to do. I have no complaints, their glass cleaner (clarity 2.0) and their glass cleaning waffle cloth are the best of these products I have come across in many years, as many of us know glass cleaning is the worst part of doing any car and you always end up with streaks somewhere, but not with these two products. But back to the company as a whole, some people say that they wait a long time for their order, whilst I can say I have in some cases waited up to 10 days for my order, their website does state that in certain busy periods and certain promotional times where they are extremely busy or certain times of the year where they are shorter staffed (such as Christmas) there may be a slight delay on dispatching orders. What people need to realise is this company is a small family run business, and I do not mean that in any detrimental way, I mean that they do not have a secret army of staff, delivery vehicles, and stock secreted somewhere so they can send your order and it be out your doorstep within 24 hours. It is worth wanting to get out that the company do say on their website that in certain busy times, promotional periods, and times when they have less staff in the normal (for example Christmas) that orders may take slightly longer to arrive. I do feel it is unfair that people penalise the company for this when they have already said on their website this may happen, so it is up to the customer to order in plenty of time. To give people an idea of what their delivery speed is like I will give you the example of my last order; order placed in the evening of the 12th of January, this order was delivered last night about 9 pm (15th of January). Not a bad delivery time in my book. I have however had my issues in the past with the company but they’ve always been dealt with very well. I had a 5 L container leak some 500 mil into the packaging and without question the company sent me a replacement free of charge. The other issue I had with damaged product was a kit that by where one of the bottles leaked into the packaging and all over the other bottles, there was also one or two trigger sprays missing. I sent the guys an email, and they sent me the replacement bottle of chemical and the missing trigger sprays. Some say they have had issues with people answering the phones, I’ve only had to find them two or three times and have found the phone to be answered within a reasonable time. The reason that I’ve had to ring them is where I have placed multiple orders within a short space of time and asked if these could be sent together to save on postage cost, which until they change their system regarding delivery they were able to do and able to refund any overpayment and postage. That brings me onto their delivery systems, until a few months ago they used parcel force for all of their deliveries and sometimes this led to delays. Now however, the company uses Amazon to make all of their deliveries, it is not a scam that Amazon deliver, they do offer a delivery arm to small businesses and obviously in this case, EZ Car Care have taken them up on it. Ultimately this means that your order is delivered a lot quicker and you also get text message updates from Amazon regarding your Halo delivery. I can’t recommend this company highly enough, the one star reviews do make interesting reading and I am sure the person who works in family and in law enforcement, will find after investigates, there is nothing to see and it is just that his order has taken slightly longer than they want for their order to arrive. The only thing I could criticise the company for is not holding sufficient stock, there are lots of items Particularly in their accessories range that have been out of stock for many months and I ask them about this on their social media page to be told that everything should be back in stock in November 24 (I’m assuming they were waiting for their deliveries from China?) But this date has come and gone and these items are still showing as out of stock which is a shame.

Cowboys of the detailing industry!!!

This company is literally just a shambles. If you're going to promote products and people are buying them, why don't you actually despatch your orders? Order placed 03/01/25, today is the 13/01/25. 10 days after ordering and I'm still waiting for them to fulfill my order. I've sent emails and called numerous times. But to no avail. £75 worth of products ordered and I'm getting treated like a rodent. Absolutely disgusting company. Worse thing is I can't even call or email for a refund because you don't answer your bloody emails or phone calls!! Disgusting.
