This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them .
After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery .
No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back .
I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.
Update on my order, still no sign of it and no correspondence at all. Looking to report them now to trading standards, I feel for all these customers that are left waiting and out of pocket. Absolute joke company. I've just set up my own business and need my products when I am promised. It's been 2 weeks now and still no order has graced my door. Oh and don't bother trying to ring them, as nobody answers the dam phone. Won't use them again. If you can't run the business effectively, then don't bother.
Time is money in the Valeting / Detailing game. So un professional.......

Ordered 25/1 and still not a sniff of when I’m going to receive anything!(still saying preparing shipment)WOW! You got snails packing these orders.
Even customer service can’t tell the truth.

SCAM warning. Still No product. I would love to review their products but I’m still waiting for delivery. I’m just hoping this is not a scam.

There are plenty of other suppliers out there with good products so next time I will use one of them. I’m not prepared to wait weeks for orders.
First of all let me say, that the products I’ve had in the past have been very good. That’s not the issue. The issues lie with poor customer service and ridiculously long delivery times. My most recent order is now 2 weeks past the order date. The first attempt didn’t arrive due to it being damaged, but since then I’ve heard absolutely nothing as to when my replacement items will arrive….. very disappointing service.
Products are really good, often many offers.
Unfortunately they don’t seem able to keep up with the demand, and shipping takes ages, everyone order have to chase up after a week as nothing is ever dispatched.
Could be much improved.
What a pathetic company ordered just under £100 worth of products on the 24th of January not even had a tracking number given me it’s now fifth of February. I’ve emailed rang them WhatsApp them call them Facebook message them posts on Facebook regarding my tracking number or when my products are going to come and no response from anything avoid this company I will never use them again keep sending me offers via email and put in offices up on Facebook but customer service can’t even be bothered to pick up the phone or reply to an email

Darren, sort yourself out. Spend less time emailing everyone, posting on Facebook and more time packing deliveries. In this day and age it’s easy.
I suggest you have a chat with “Darren from Amazon “ whilst detailing his car, and pick up some tips.
Awful experience and waiting for products from 3 weeks ago.
Communication is non existent cant get hold of anyone to find out where or how long its going to take.
Maybe they need to think about getting more staff or put on their social media advertising “exprcted delivery maybe weeks or even months for delivery”
Ordered shampoo 10 days ago, no emai confirmation or updates, I emailed off to ask what was happening, not even an reply, so unfortunately I’ll be contacting my bank tomorrow to put the purchase amount in dispute.
