This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

I’m sorry I have to leave this review, I ordered 3 bottles of ceramic wash , only two delivered, photo of box opened, showing the 2 bottles. emails sent , 1 response was , we’ll send one straight out, it’s never arrived, another email sent, no response. It’s decent ceramic wash but I will not be ordering again .

Based on their behaviour i feel it’s mostly a scam ! It might just be unprofessional, but has all the red flags of a scam.. Order was supposedly delivered but the image i got as proof from ‘Amazon’ (if it was in fact Amazon, am checking now) was a totally different address/area to my house?? Prior to delivery CS replied to my email chases about delivery eta, but since I replied saying I never got it, they ignore me, Phone rings off the hook and ‘Amazon’ also not replying which isn't normal. Fortunately, I wont loose money due to payment method, but unfortunately for them I work in cyber and family in law enforcement, so will be investigating😎

Had an issue whilst placing order and had to contact Customer Services - Worst Customer Services Ever! Issue not resolved, no apology and I won't be ordering from them again - it's just not worth the hassle if you have ANY issue!

Products: Great quality products, easy to use and works on all types of vehicles. Website: Their website is easy to use, with a wide range of products to choose from and easy to place in basket and purchase this service is highly recommended. Shipping: Fast delivery, an order was placed over the Christmas period and arrived shortly after all company's went back to work with no issues or damages. Social media: their social media team respond and have a friendly approach towards their comments. Great way to also see new products and to see how the product is used. Great value for money and constantly have great offers on. A++++++++

Very poor customer Service. I made an order in the Black Friday deals and I ordered 2 x citrus pre wash (1 for me and 1 for a Christmas present) and the sprayer and some tyre cleaner. I didn’t hear anything for a few weeks as expected with Black Friday demand and then eventually the tyre cleaner arrived. I left it a few days as it said the rest of the order was out for delivery. After a week I contacted them and they informed me that they sprayers had been damaged and they wouldn’t be getting any in stock and I would be refunded. I then sent enough messages saying I was disappointed by this and I got a response from a different person saying that they would sent one to me as soon as they could?? Mixed messages luckily I got the refund but very disappointed as their products are very good- shame customer service can’t match

Dreadful and completely unprofessional company who will lie to you over the phone about the status of your order and make false promises about when to expect your products. Avoid at all costs and buy from elsewhere. Complete cowboys!

This company's after sales support is not what it used to be. Delivery is horrific. I constantly get marketing emails and txt's which I have now unsubscribed from. It's a shame as some of their products are not too bad. But be prepared to wait weeks if not months for your items. I ordered early November . I eventually got a delivery in December almost 5 weeks and then it was wrong. I am still waiting on a satisfactory response and resolution from Jake. During the time i was waiting they even emailed me asking for a product review. I genuinely thought they were taking the P!ss. I don't normally give bad feed back, but after a txt today saying deliveries guaranteed before Christmas I just felt I had to warn people.........avoid like the plague. There is better out there!

Ordered 22/11, was told on 5/12 that my order was yet to be packed ( even thought the 4-6 business days had passed ) and confirmed it would be packed that day and hopefully sent same day. They also confirmed the tracking would update when sent. It’s now 12/12 and my 2 chaser emails have been ignored and the tracker still shows it’s not been packed or shipped. Called the phone number and still currently on the line to it now ringing for 22minutes. WHY ARE YOU TAKING ORDERS AND NOT SHIPPING THEM!!!!!!!!!!!
