Great company that have made significant improvements in the last few months

I have used this company for about the last 18 months and can honestly say I’ve had nothing but good service. Like any company you deal with there are bumps in the road, but it’s how those bumps in the road are dealt with that makes the difference and this is where I can only praise the staff at EZ car care. Their products are amazing, there are some in the detailing industry that say these products are no good or that they are weak, I however have found these products are very good for what I need them to do. I have no complaints, their glass cleaner (clarity 2.0) and their glass cleaning waffle cloth are the best of these products I have come across in many years, as many of us know glass cleaning is the worst part of doing any car and you always end up with streaks somewhere, but not with these two products. But back to the company as a whole, some people say that they wait a long time for their order, whilst I can say I have in some cases waited up to 10 days for my order, their website does state that in certain busy periods and certain promotional times where they are extremely busy or certain times of the year where they are shorter staffed (such as Christmas) there may be a slight delay on dispatching orders. What people need to realise is this company is a small family run business, and I do not mean that in any detrimental way, I mean that they do not have a secret army of staff, delivery vehicles, and stock secreted somewhere so they can send your order and it be out your doorstep within 24 hours. It is worth wanting to get out that the company do say on their website that in certain busy times, promotional periods, and times when they have less staff in the normal (for example Christmas) that orders may take slightly longer to arrive. I do feel it is unfair that people penalise the company for this when they have already said on their website this may happen, so it is up to the customer to order in plenty of time. To give people an idea of what their delivery speed is like I will give you the example of my last order; order placed in the evening of the 12th of January, this order was delivered last night about 9 pm (15th of January). Not a bad delivery time in my book. I have however had my issues in the past with the company but they’ve always been dealt with very well. I had a 5 L container leak some 500 mil into the packaging and without question the company sent me a replacement free of charge. The other issue I had with damaged product was a kit that by where one of the bottles leaked into the packaging and all over the other bottles, there was also one or two trigger sprays missing. I sent the guys an email, and they sent me the replacement bottle of chemical and the missing trigger sprays. Some say they have had issues with people answering the phones, I’ve only had to find them two or three times and have found the phone to be answered within a reasonable time. The reason that I’ve had to ring them is where I have placed multiple orders within a short space of time and asked if these could be sent together to save on postage cost, which until they change their system regarding delivery they were able to do and able to refund any overpayment and postage. That brings me onto their delivery systems, until a few months ago they used parcel force for all of their deliveries and sometimes this led to delays. Now however, the company uses Amazon to make all of their deliveries, it is not a scam that Amazon deliver, they do offer a delivery arm to small businesses and obviously in this case, EZ Car Care have taken them up on it. Ultimately this means that your order is delivered a lot quicker and you also get text message updates from Amazon regarding your Halo delivery. I can’t recommend this company highly enough, the one star reviews do make interesting reading and I am sure the person who works in family and in law enforcement, will find after investigates, there is nothing to see and it is just that his order has taken slightly longer than they want for their order to arrive. The only thing I could criticise the company for is not holding sufficient stock, there are lots of items Particularly in their accessories range that have been out of stock for many months and I ask them about this on their social media page to be told that everything should be back in stock in November 24 (I’m assuming they were waiting for their deliveries from China?) But this date has come and gone and these items are still showing as out of stock which is a shame.
