This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

honestly this stuff is amazing if youre unsure just try it.the results are 1st class had mine 3 hours and washed car come up fantastic..the products are amazing..I will give another review once inhale got over the😆 excitement

Ordered two parcels from them and one item missing from both of them. Then read the reviews and saw lots of people unhappy. Flagged that the two items missing and just get an automated response. On the third occasion did get a response and said they would be sent. They have arrived today. Products are fantastic so the just need a better customer service team

Don’t bother ordering, they don’t send out their orders. They’ll send you literally hundreds of emails promoting their products but not respond to your questions about your order. Avoid avoid avoid

I can’t add much to what has already been said. Delivery time promises are misleading, emails go unanswered and, in my case, when the products eventually arrived the box and contents were smashed to pieces. There is nothing positive about my experience with this outfit.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced, I’ve sent 2 emails, neither of which have ever been responded too. The order was incredibly slow to be dispatched, however I understand they may be busy, but there is no correspondence explaining any of this. I’m still not totally sure as I’ve been complete unable to get in touch with them as they don’t respond to emails and they certainly never answer the phone, but from the couriers notes I believe some of my order got damaged in transit, however for over a week now I’ve heard nothing in regards to whether they’re going to refund me for the 4x5l bottles that went missing/got damaged, or whether they’re going to replace them, the part of the order I did receive was dreadfully packed and several bottles had leaked a little regardless, however I could live a small amount of leakage given they’re liquids being sent via couriers, but to have had no response, no email, nothing about what’s happening with the remaining part of my order is beyond me. Yet I receive daily spam marketing emails from them, but nothing at all in regards to my order or my emails.

Had an issue with my parcel going on a countrywide tour and not even attempting delivery. Was eventually returned to sender. So I contacted EZ customer support who where very understanding and instantly sent my order again via DPD and arrived the next day, upon opening there where a few items missing so I contacted customer support again and spoke to the same lady who again was extremely apologetic. it turns out it was a marketing error on there behalf, and again the items where sent out instantly, I understand they are having some courier issues atm but iv been using EZ since first been established and never had a single issue until now, if you have any issues just be patient and contact them and they will resolve the issue almost immediately!

Very poor service I ordered a car cleaning bundle and I never received it I also sent 8 emails asking for delivery date and a receipt but no reply I have also asked for a refund and still no reply so Another scammer
