Ligg unna Esky!

Svindel, men gjort utspekulert. Dette firmaet må lære forskjell på lovlig og etisk riktig. De har lagd en nettside, som ja, sier at man er på esky sin nettside, men de har kjøpt annonseplass hos google som gir de førstetreffet, og første linja sier (f.eks) RYANAIR - BESTILL REISEN HER. Så, når man da er litt kjapp, så funker svindelen. Man går inn på nettsiden, og fyller automatisk inn info og klikker seg videre. Man er veldig nøye på å fylle inn riktig info og med å skrive inn kortnummer etc, så da blir man lurt av utformingen. De sier de er veldig tydelig, men det er ikke det første gang man er inne på siden. Det de tjener penger på er et "servicegebyr". De gjør ingenting. De har et script, som bestiller billetten for deg inne på nettsiden til flyselskapet, og som sender deg tid for å bekrefte. Om noe skjer, og du ikke kan reise, KAN du få igjen beløpet, men ikke servicegebyret. Så de lurer deg og flyselskapet. Og, les under her nå, på svaret som kommer fra de: "Vi er tydelige på at vi er et ledd mellom den reisende og flyselskaper, og det står tydelig på nettsiden at de er esky, og at det også står i terms and conditions". Seriøst bare les svaret som kommer 😂 Dette er skrevet etter svaret ble skrevet fra Esky: svarte akkurat som jeg skrev de ville.

They wrost travel company

I boght tickets to Italy with esky. The departure flights took 3 days before I was able to take off which made me miss the wedding we were attending. The airlie said I needed to go through esky for a refund since they were the company I purchase the ticets through. esky has not been helpful at all and refuses to help get me a refund. They keep dismissing me and I cant get to a erson to talk to to discuss my problem. I would NEVER use esky in my life. There is no way of communicating with them.

No stress

It is simplified and no complications with regards to filling the documents. I just love the smooth flow

Buyer beware before purchasing from…

Buyer beware before purchasing from this site! When you use google search engine for an airlines it very clearly says the name of the airlines but above it in smaller print is the search engine that is NOT the airlines you are looking for. It is eSky and others looking to make money off of you and if you mistakenly click on the payment info thinking you are booking with the airlines you ARE NOT! That is why one bill you receive has a charge $200 less than the direct airlines. Also if you try to get any help after you realize you made a mistake forget about them helping you or getting any customer service without paying a nice large fee for canceling. The moment I was on the phone with them and clicked the button then saw what I did was wrong they said it was too late for me to change or I could pay over $300 for a cancelation fee and this was while I was on the phone with them! Of course NO manager was available which is a load of crap. I have never felt soooo taken advantage of for my lack of sharpness realizing it was a third party because they assured me it was on the airlines I wanted. Probably because the person I was speaking to wasn't from the US and maybe didn't clearly understand what I was asking. It really feels like a scam, hope they can sleep at night after taking advantage of people who mistakenly clicked on what they thought was the right thing and clearly was not. It was my fault for assuming esky was Avelos platform but still pure bs that they are willing to help you because I was on the phone with them and they would not help unless I wanted to be charged for canceling. Oh and after getting a phone call back in the middle of the night nothing changed they were still not willing to refund me without costing me a lot of money.

SCAMMED BY ESKY

Vlucht geboekt, via Google ingetikt Fly Divi Bonaire. Kreeg een boeking met Divi-Divi-Air.Esky.nl Er stond Divi Divi Air vliegtickets. Dus ik boekte enkele reis Bonaire-Curaçao. Betaling was opeens 176 USD. Ze boekten me eerst op een, toen op een andere vlucht, nl met ZAir. Ik heb direct gereageerd door dat bedrijf af te wijzen en mijn vlucht te cancellen. Heb ook ZAir gebeld om te cancellen. Later bleek dat ZAir 111 USD vroeg voor enkele reis Bonaire-Curaçao. Dus via Esky 65 USD meer als gangbare tarief betaald. Ik dacht in het begin dat Esky een tussenbedrijf was dat nu door Divi Divi Air werd gebruikt. Dat bleek dus niet zo te zijn. Ik heb ondanks onmiddelijk cancellen met zowel Esky als ZAir geen refund van de 176 USD gekregen. Mijn conclusie: Esky heeft mij gescammed. Esky vraagt in reactie om booking number, mijn naam en mijn emailadres. Dan kunnen ze een inhoudelijke reactie geven. Ze vermelden een Eskysite waar je kunt reageren. Ik ben op de site geweest om de gevraagde info te geven. Je kunt reageren door te klikken op country of origin. Jammer en raar, Nederland staat er net niet tussen. Dus ik kon de gevraagde info niet doorgeven. Trouwens, Esky heeft de gevraagde info allang gekregen via mijn mails met hun. Telefonisch waren ze onbereikbaar, niet bestaand nummer. Gewoon SCAMMER tactiek dus

Avoid Avoid Avoid book direct with airline

Yet another victim of the website cloning approach of Esky. They use the format, font and branding of an airline that they agent for on a webpage where you select flights, baggage and seats. You think you are buying direct. Then they add service fees and default your request to a “recommended” flight which isn’t what you asked for and in my case, wasn’t even the same airline. They are preying on those of us who try to quickly book and don’t micromanage the process. Not illegal but definitely left me feeling exploited and a significant amount of money lost. Update: the response provided to my review was swift. Unfortunately the companies own policies are the issue in achieving a resolution. I had already complained using their own system (no response) and I’ve already challenged the bank payment (to which they responded by spelling out in detail the many policies and terms and conditions that allow them to do what they do). They have successfully covered their approach with layers of documentation and “tick here to accept our terms and conditions” boxes. That’s the point of my review, any well prepared company can exploit your lack of attention then hide behind their T’s & C’s.

eSky UNETHICAL & DISGRACEFUL OPERATION

I booked a flight with eSky from Madrid to Santiago de Chile via Bogota for May 16th 2025 for €540 plus fees and I paid an extra €40 for a ticket with optional cancellation. However due to personal reasons I had to change the flight to July 16th 2025. When I contact the company to make the date change (immediately after booking, and well in advance of the flight) I was told I would need to pay the fare difference of €391.68 which I promptly did using the link they provided. However I did not receive a confirmation email acknowledging my payment or providing me with the new ticket date information. I waited more than 24 hours to give them grace before I reached out requesting the confirmation. I was then told that the fare had changed again before they could confirm the re-booking with the airline and I would need to pay an additional €143!!! In my own currency this is an additional $245AUD. This is completely unacceptable. When I paid the fare difference this should have guaranteed me a ticket at that price. It is the responsibility of eSky to confirm this immediately with the airline- not mine. This is operational scamming! Who is to say that if I make that extra payment, the fare won’t change again before eSky can confirm with the airline and they will request MORE money. When I complained to eSky customer service and asked for 1. They honour the fare I paid with the first price difference or 2. They give me a complete refund. They responded saying they would refund the €391, with no information as to whether that would mean my flight would revert to May 16th or not. I again requested a refund of the entire ticket and was told my request had been forwarded to the relevant department for thorough review of the BUSINESS CLASS SEATS. I never purchased business class seats. This company is absolutely chaotic and extremely unprofessional and unethical! Getting information out of them is impossible! I have now paid approximately €930 and I don’t even know if my flight has been changed. My fear is that the company is stalling because the original flight date is in 3 days (which I cannot take) and then I will lose all my money!! eSky you have the chance to fix this so please contact me asap to find a solution.

Via esky een hotel geboekt, geen boeking bekend

Via esky een hotel geboekt, bij het hotel aangekomen na een vlucht van 8 uur was bij het hotel niets bekend van een boeking. Zijn nu ruim een week verder en esky heeft nog steeds geen bedrag teruggeboekt, dit na uitgebreid emailverkeer. Schakel nu mijn creditcard maatschappij in. BOEK HIER NIETS

Feels like a scam

I booked a flight with eSky for a Wizz Air flight to Athens from London on Tuesday 8th April for the following day 9th April, only to find within an hour of booking that all flights had been cancelled to Greece on the 9th April due to industrial action. eSky agreed to process my refund. It took 4 weeks and when i finally received the refund, i only received a part payment, approx 80%. eSky refuse to pay the remaining amount as they state they are "Service Fees" which are non-refundable. eSky should not have been able to book this flight and take my payment as they would have known about the Industrial Action, however they refuse to accept any responsibility. It is incredibly difficult to understand how this transaction is legal or morally acceptable.
