Svindel, men gjort utspekulert. Dette firmaet må lære forskjell på lovlig og etisk riktig. De har lagd en nettside, som ja, sier at man er på esky sin nettside, men de har kjøpt annonseplass hos google som gir de førstetreffet, og første linja sier (f.eks) RYANAIR - BESTILL REISEN HER. Så, når man da er litt kjapp, så funker svindelen. Man går inn på nettsiden, og fyller automatisk inn info og klikker seg videre. Man er veldig nøye på å fylle inn riktig info og med å skrive inn kortnummer etc, så da blir man lurt av utformingen. De sier de er veldig tydelig, men det er ikke det første gang man er inne på siden. Det de tjener penger på er et "servicegebyr". De gjør ingenting. De har et script, som bestiller billetten for deg inne på nettsiden til flyselskapet, og som sender deg tid for å bekrefte. Om noe skjer, og du ikke kan reise, KAN du få igjen beløpet, men ikke servicegebyret. Så de lurer deg og flyselskapet. Og, les under her nå, på svaret som kommer fra de: "Vi er tydelige på at vi er et ledd mellom den reisende og flyselskaper, og det står tydelig på nettsiden at de er esky, og at det også står i terms and conditions". Seriøst bare les svaret som kommer 😂 Dette er skrevet etter svaret ble skrevet fra Esky: svarte akkurat som jeg skrev de ville.
I boght tickets to Italy with esky. The departure flights took 3 days before I was able to take off which made me miss the wedding we were attending. The airlie said I needed to go through esky for a refund since they were the company I purchase the ticets through. esky has not been helpful at all and refuses to help get me a refund. They keep dismissing me and I cant get to a erson to talk to to discuss my problem. I would NEVER use esky in my life. There is no way of communicating with them.
It is simplified and no complications with regards to filling the documents. I just love the smooth flow

Esky.com is overpriced and isn’t up front about charges. They include reference to service charges in small print. In the end it’s my fault for not shopping around. Your best bet is to go with Expedia or book directly with airlines. I reached out within 20 min of booking to cancel transaction and received an offer to refund 20%

The worth experience i had in my life with then customer service and they are scammers company. I even pid for cancellation extra and in the end they don’t give anything back… i don’t recommend anyone to book with them

Times changed by 12 hours for a flight so we requested a refund. We had to fight to receive a refund rather than a voucher. Refund has still not been provided (8 weeks after event). We have now raised a formal complaint with esky, "Resolver" and the credit card company.

I mistakenly went to Esky site instead of directly to airline I wanted to book with & Esky overcharged me £40 for tax & £7.50 for online checkin. £50 more than buying directly from the airline, no refund allowed despite contacting customer services. Esky need to be clear that they are not Wizz air & their advertising should be clear that they are esky & not Wizz, its too confusing having ESky wizz together. Their site should not be coming up on google before the airline you are searching for comes up. Also, when I contacted Esky customer services, they would not acknowledge my experience & they would not answer my questions about what had happened. This only added to my feelings of frustration & dissatisfaction with the service. I asked what the extra charges were for? a legitimate question in the circumstances. I had to ask 3 times before a rep finally answered my question. I also asked 3 times about how I could make an official complaint & I had to keep pushing before they answered me. Previous to finally answering my questions, they would just gloss over what I was saying & inform me their service was good & evade my specific questions! Infuriating! I also think they should give customers a full refund if they've mistakenly used their site in error, rather than not allowing a refund. Other services offer refunds. By not offering this it only upsets the customer more & they wont use their service again & they will give bad publicity to the airline. Please learn from my error

I did not realize I was not on Allegiant website...it was made to look just like it. after I booked I tried to make a change and was told I had to contact Allegiant which did no good because they would not give me a confirmation number untill 8 to 24 hrs before take off. after 6 calls I was told I was on standby ...When i finally got through to Allegiant they advised to cancel it on my credit card...We did this they refunded the money ...We thought they got in touch with Esky and cancelled and we were finished. but we did get the tickets the day of the flight...we had booked again with Allegiant at $300. less and did not use the Esky ticket but were charged anyway...We contested it but it did not help....STAY AWAY FROM ESKY FLIGHTS ARE STANDBY AND HIGHER

They made it look like they are Wizzair so you feel you are buying directly from the airline. They show one price (which is the same as buying from the airline) but then when you go to the check out they add a lot of fees, so if you are not super careful you end up like me that I paid 45 euros to them for literally nothing. They are just scammers, I want my refund REPLY TO ESKY: I can't attach screenshot here unfortunately, but you know what you do... I was just googling for WizzAir and your website shows up first, and the URL reads “wizzair.eskytravel.com”. The homepage says WizzAir so big, then there is a smaller logo of esky, and it is on a side. All the experience was extremely deceptive. Now you are trying to tell me that you care about transparency.... Please.... If you were honest you were going to give me a refund. I feel so mislead and scammed. I ask to be refund, I didn’t want to buy any service from you. Here is my reservation number: 6224643715. I am looking forward to hear from you about canceling and refunding anything I may have bought form you, because that was not my intention.
