I wanted to make sure I had English Crackers on the table Christmas day! I purchased a box from the English Tea Store and they were great After dinner we each pulled a cracker and even wore the paper hat! It was so much fun and it made me think of my Mom who was born in England and started me on English Crackers. Thank you!!

I love your on line store, but the tea sets are getting extremely limited. I hope you will restock. I did order a lovely tea for one set and it’s had a slight chip. The box arrived very damaged and opened. Everything was included.

Really east to order from this website/ merchant. Shipping was fast and items were not only exactly as represented but also very well packed. I would order from them again without reservation or hesitation.

When my order arrived I was short one jar of black currant jam. No packing slip showing I was refunded the money for the second jar. Please send the jar I paid for or refund my money.

I received order & 2 packages of chocolates had been bashed open & contents spilled in shipping because of ice pack (wasn’t needed it’s winter) I emailed with photos, then called - I did get a replacement sent quickly - however same thing happened again. The Hero’s & Celebration cartons are flimsy, maybe don’t include ice pack or reinforce package? I didn’t call again, was frustrated ~ bought other candy from another store - shipped with no issues.

The crackers worked great. They all "popped" and the prizes made fine ornaments. A little pricey to do on a regular basis but fun every so often.
