Good as usual, but out of some things

Every time I order, the order is delivered very quickly and always has exactly what I order. They dont raise prices very often and the quality of the tea is exceptional. The candy is good as well!!

The case of Bonne Maman fig preserves I ordered arrived with four of the six jars broken. George helped me and dispatched replacement jars in a flash. They were so well-packaged that I do not think they could have been broken, even in the roughest of transport. Thanks, George at the English Tea Store!

I needed a TEA care package for my sister. The English Tea Store had different options for teas individually or a 12 tea sampler. I selected the sampler and my sister is enjoying the variety.

Product was delicious. Initially I did not notice the package that had been delivered. After a single call to the Company, I was sent a photo of where to look for the package and I found it.

I searched for small jars of jam to give as a gift along with some English muffins. I was thrilled when I found the English Tea Store with great jam at a great price. The receiver of the gift said that you have the best jam!

The tea pot I ordered for my granddaughter and husband was damaged in shipment by USPS. English Tea Store promptly replaced the damaged pot [lid was broken] gratis. The other items in the package were not damaged. Agent was very friendly and courteous and handled the issue promptly. One doesn't find this kind of service very often!

The assorted small jams were something I could not get anywhere else and the recipient loved them. The honey and small blueberry jams were the finishing touch to a couple of gifts of gourmet English muffins I gave (I wish the muffins were as good, but sadly they weren’t). Everything arrived very well packaged and on a timely basis and the shipping cost was reasonable.
