Brown betty
The store did a very good job of shipping the brown betty that I had ordered. It does make excellent tea. However, the it drips down the spout every time tea is poured.

Great communication and products
Great communication and products. I received confirmation of order quickly along with email stating special items (Holiday and Christmas) were being sent out separately, closer to the holidays. Received everything in 2 packages, well packed and all in great shape not to mention ever so delicious.

I adore English Breakfast Tea
