Fruitcakes
My experience with your company was very professional and timely and I was very impressed with the communication from your company and how quickly my order arrived. I ordered several fruitcakes (2 kinds). I thought they look so good and I thought they would be fruitier and moist. I, however, thought they were somewhat dry and not as fruity as I expected. They are good but for me, not great.

Everything was fine. However, finding the teas less enjoyable in a chlorinated environment! Making adjustments but flavor profile is not pronounced enough!

Best tea ever !
I have ordered twice from this company and they have the best flavors of loose leaf tea. The only thing that could make it better would be to have more decaffeinated loose leaf tea in the flavors that are so great - like the peach/apricot

Love the products....
Love the products.... But do not love the shipping. Twice the box has been from 90 to 500 miles from me and delivery: only to show up not at my place or nearer but from being closer or in Montana, it goes away from and back across USA to Iowa, Illinois, kansas and drives around another week or 2. That's not cool. Thank you for your response. I do realize the shipping is out of your control, but it would affect how often one orders ....

Quick shipping and thoughtful packaging
Chocolates arrived quickly and carefully packaged to avoid breaking. An ice pack was also included, even though I hadn't paid extra for a cooling pack, which I thought was really nice.

One of the six jars was broken
One of the six jars was broken, despite the packaging, and it leaked on all the other jars, making them sticky and stained. I bought them for gifts and had to find an alternative. It’s always a gamble buying fragile items. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
