After waiting a month and getting no notification that my order had even shipped, I emailed an inquiry to the English Tea Store asking when I could expect to receive my products. I received a response that I had been sent an email that asked me to confirm my purchase. I did not get this email, but I did get one confirming my purchase with an order confirmation number. I find this puzzling and a poor way to do business. I will not be ordering from them again.

One of the 3 canned Birds powdered custard arrived in terrible shape. It had been damaged during shipping I suppose, and it's contents had poured out into the packaging. This caused such a mess and I was very disappointed. I had initially decided I would not purchase anything else from your company, but after awhile, I decided I would call your customer service. I explained what happened and the representative agreed to send me another can, which you did, and this one arrived intact. I also suggested, although the "cardboard" containers have a thin aluminum product cover and a easy to remove plastic lid...it needs tape or something to better secure the lid to the container to hopefully avoid the contents from pouring out due to rough handling during shipping.

Ordered a Christmas Cake. It was dry.

This company always delivers, service, Goods, promptly. I have always been kept up to date if any problems occur and other staff have ever been more than helpful.

The selection of products is good and prices are reasonable. We got Christmas crackers and they were a real hit with our family. We got a set of 12 and they were very nice with good trinkets inside and, of course, jokes and crowns!
