Items shipped with more than the usual care
I ordered a delicate item that can melt (After-8 mints). The website cautioned about ordering in warm months and suggested 1 day shipping. The package came with a single-use cold pack. The boxes of mints came absolutely undamaged. Back when these mints were available from the supermarket, they were rarely undamaged.

Order not delivered and then refunded.
You all did not deliver a paid order on time. Two weeks later when I inquired after my friend said it had not come, you looked into it and refunded the cost. THEN to my surprise you sent it anyway, for which I am grateful as it WAS an appropriate gift picked out just for that person. But it was all a bit confusing and time intensive.
