The delivery guys were polite and efficient

Charlie and Claudiu delivered our new sofa and chair today. They rang to let us know when they were arriving (which they did on time) and then brought everything in, unpacked it and took away the packaging. All with cheerfulness and politeness, despite us being the last delivery of the day. Very happy.

Really friendly delivery team. Took care of the product and looked after the internal fixtures ensuring doors and walls were not knocked.

The guys arrived early which was good as I had a medical appointment in the morning as well. They were happy, jovial and you could see they new what they were doing as they took great care in bringing the sofa pieces upstairs and installing it. All in all George and Pete made what could be a stressful experience quite painless.

Chris V and Charlie V delivered a bed today, and was very impressed from the first encounter. Respectful to ask ‘shoes off?’ don’t get many trades people asking that. They made my bed so efficiently and went the extra mile to help move a big piece of furniture too. Thank you both.

Chris V and Charlie V did a great job delivering a heavy mattress. On time, phoned in advance, took the heavy mattress upstairs to the bedroom, unpacked and took the packaging away. Great help and a great experience.

My delivery 3-hour window was from 7-10 am. The men were pleasant, kind and had a great vibe. They arrived at 6:40 - were done by 6:55! Two cuddlers set up and boxes taken away. The reason for a 4-star is only that their paperwork did say 7-10 and they knocked and rang the doorbell at 6:40 waking up the household sadly. I had put my alarm on for 6:38 (lol. weird I know) so that I could be presentable and avoid the doorbell ringing and waking the rest of the family. :-/ Upon checking with them, the driver did eventually see a “7am" but it wasn’t really prominent compared to other information he had on his sheets. Note to Empire: Might it be an idea to highlight in bold or coloured print the ETA on the paperwork so that this doesn’t happen? They seemed to be following another set of timings written on another document.

Today our sofa was delivered by Pete and Vince, the guys where amazing from start to finished, they set out sofa up, checked the sofa and took photos, they made sure we where 100% happy with it.
