Great communication, delivery set up the day before with a 3hr window. Got a phone call 20mins before they arrived. Lovely guys, very careful with our sofa and took away all the packaging. I can highly recommend them!
Very good communication, delivery took place in 3 days from collecting from the sofa manufacturer. Both guys were very helpful, unfortunately one sofa out of the 3 wouldn’t fit into the living room, both delivery guys tried their best, couldn’t fault their effort in trying, but wasn’t to be. Sofa company are adapting the sofa to put bolts on arms, so they can be removed when they re-deliver.

I’ve never seen more careful delivery guys ever. (Declan & Chris V) They prepared by putting down felt at the door & used that to take their shows off WHILE carrying the sofas!! Unbelievable! Unpacked, attached feet and removed all rubbish. Plus they were real gentlemen. Lovely!

Kept up to date with delivery date and time by text. The lads called 15 mins before delivery to let me know they were on their way. Friendly, delivering bulky sideboard into my designated room with ease. Top service, highly recommend!
I was kepted informed of delivery by messages then a phone call 20 minutes before arrival of our furniture to our address. The guys unpacked the furniture and took the rubbish away. They were very polite.

The delivery drivers arrived early, but rang me 25 minutes before they arrived to ensure I would be in. They were very polite and respectful and very careful when bringing my new sofa and chair in and when taking my old ones for disposal. I would absolutely recommend Empire Delivery.
