Excellent experience with delivery. Connor and Mason were the two pleasant gentleman that arrived on time communicated when they were en route gave us a 20min heads up. Assembled the sofa super quickly, left our apartment neat and tidy, took away all the rubbish and were very nice to chat to. Showed us how it all worked. Would definitely recommend this delivery service.
The delivery was on time and the two delivery team members (Declan and Chris) were brilliant. Not only did they fit the new part, they explained to me why it had broken in the first place. They were the best ambassadors for the delivery company and the Cocoon that you could hope to have. Thanks!

Communication about delivery was great. It was really helpful to know when it was arriving. Telephoned to say it would be within 2 hour time slot and rang us 20 minutes before in day to let us know time. Pete and Lumear were very polite and placed bed in room which was very helpful. Stress free delivery which does not happen often these days. Well done.
Charlie and Claudiu were charming, accommodating and capable. They came to replace a chaise box for a sofabed that was damaged during shipping by another delivery company, but were also able to find and fit some spare feet that were also missing and they had not been informed about. They were polite and friendly, respectful and careful of the property, and put in a lot of extra effort to make sure they left with the job completed properly even though it cost them quite a bit more time than planned. Delighted with Empire Delivery and hope to use them again.
